As I am the speaker of the Government, I plead - no, DEMAND that anyone with skills in fire magic please contact me! Our space program needs fire jet propulsion so that we may break past the glass shield that covers this planet; because as you know we are covered by a dome of glass to keep out the ocean of starry water that encircles this flat space we call our home.
Mine idea is simple! Even the most stupid on this council will be able to understand it. I drew up an example step by step process of how this will work.

Step 1: Gather as many boxes as possible. Step 2: Kidnap...I mean steal...I mean borrow fire-magic users for the jet propulsion system. Step 3: Blast off! Step 4: Land on one of the moons. Step 5: Find the moon rabbits and befriend them for moon rocks Step 6: ?"" Step 7: Profit!
I'm sure everyone on the council, as well as the Governor herself, will agree that this idea needs as much funding as possible. Funding that can be sent straight to me.
