Work that needs to be done includes repairing the main house, barn, stables, and storeage complex; as well as clearing the debris from the orchards themselves and generally bringing the farm back to full working order. We're willing to repay any grant from this Fund over a period of three years, by which time we hope to be turning a profit.

Mr & Mrs Lassiter,

On behalf of the Small Business Relief Fund Committee, it is my great pleasure to inform you that your application for monies has been accepted, on certain conditions.

A member of the Kitsune Foundation will make themselves available to you in order for you to provide a detailed plan of how you intend to spend the monies granted (how much is required to pay off debts, hire hands, etc). Upon reaching pre-agreed milestones of progress, portions of your grant will be made available to you. If necessary, your debts can be paid off directly through the SBRF, providing a true record for our archives.

Repayment is at your own discretion, but I will add that this was a definite mark in your favor during deliberations. Please do not hesitate to contact the SBRF or Kitsune Foundation with any queries or concerns.

Wishing you the very best of luck in your endeavors,

Caroline Granger
