Synopsis

It’s Christmas Eve in 1945, and only a handful of WVL Radio’s actors have braved the blizzard to perform that evening’s broadcast of It’s a Wonderful Life. But the show must go on, so a small but intrepid band of employees manage to create the dozens of movie characters and scenes using just their voices and a sound effects table.

((Unfortunately, I could not find a synopsis of the radio play, but for the most part, the plot is the same as the film, with the exception of the fact that it's essentially, a play within a play, with actors playing multiple parts. Hope you all have fun with it!))

Eregor

In the midst of the show's run, Eregor turned up one morning, well before the normal start of the day, with a completely different appearance. He had a difficult time convincing the Shanachie management that he was, in fact, the same man, but eventually Doran arrived and was able to vouch for him. They explained that due to some unforeseen troubles, the Time Lord had been forced to regenerate. However, he was still fully capable of performing, and so the show went on....after a hurried costume and makeup adjustment.

It was great fun playing so many different parts, and Eregor discovered a greater flexibility with voices than he'd had before, which enhanced his performance as Freddie to no end.
