She wandered into the Shanachie Theater with a look of awe upon her face. While she'd been there during a show there was something deeply fascinating about it during downtime. The hustle and bustle of production crews and the vibrating intensity that seemed to come from theatergoers was enough to have the little realtor bouncing.

She really hoped she'd chase Mataya down here. If not she'd just show up at her apartment tonight and ask her for her participation there.

Tickets to a performance were a fantastic door prize and Mataya would make a great participant in the Date Auction because she knew Max would outbid himself just to claim her. She clapped her hands together giddily at the thought.

Even while there was a production run in progress, rehearsals did not stop at the Shanachie, and the newly formed Repertory Company were working through blocking the next play that would be put on when Cinderella closed as Fiora wandered in.

Mataya had finally escaped from paying bills and signing contracts. As her neighbour made her way into the auditorium, all that was visible of the theatre-owner was her backside and legs as she leaned far over into the pit, holding a surprisingly animated conversation with one of the carpenters as her feet kicked in thin air.

Ludo, the director, noticed Fiora first, and his laughing cough in 'Taya's direction only got her attention when it became a full on coughing fit. She lifted her head to see if he was alright, and with a gesture of his hand, was made aware of their guest.

Turning, her face lit up to see the little realtor in the stalls. "Fiora!" She waved, moving to join her friend with a teasing grin. "What brings you to this neck of the woods" Setting up accomodation for my chorus free of charge?"

She's a hugger.

And Mataya was one of her most favorite people in the world. She wrapped the dynamite package of fun up in a tight embrace and squeezzed for all she was worth.

And then she leaned back to rattle off her reason for being there, well that and anything else that popped into her brain in that moment:

"'Taya! It's glorific! I mean seriously! Like I can't get over how neat it is during the day when there's no crowds and all the lights are up!" There was a little bit of pride in her voice as she felt a twinge of glee at knowing that she had at least a tiny bit to do with Taya finding such a perfect place to showcase all of her talent. "I can't believe I haven't stopped by before and dragged ye off to lunch or somethin but we're both so busy and ohhh speakin of busy! I've got this grand plan to showcase the business talents of RhyDin in this Gala event I'm plannin! Ye'll have to come! Promise! I mean ye look just divinely sick in a gown and Max was born to wear a tux! And the door prizes! The DoOr Prizes! Taya! I want to give away free tickets to the theater show! One for each! Y'know the Rep Company too! To kinda put it out there to be seen and all! Yah' And then I'm havin a Date Auction and in that Auction I wanna auction ye off cuz ye know Max will buy ye!" Giggles maniacally at that, "And it'll be loads of fun! Oh speaking of fun JonathanGrangercamebytolookattheGardensIthinkhewan tstogetaloft there!" She finally took a breath!

"Say ye'll say yes!"

"PLEASE!"

Big cerulean eyes widened dramatically imploring and her dimples hinted at an explosive finale if she got her way.

"Whoa!" Laughing, 'Taya was easily wrapped up in that rib-cracking hug, only attempting to disengage when it became clear that Fiora really did intend to hug the life out of her. "What a hello!"

Still chuckling, she listened to the excited babble, trying to take it all in all at once. As her friend finally wound down with that pleading squeal, she blinked, working her momentary overwhelming for all it was worth.

"Okay ..." she ventured through her slightly wary grin. "So ....you want tickets for the door. That I can do - two tickets each for the Rep and the Theatre Companies' productions in the next two months." Making a quick calculation in her head, she grinned. "That is definitely possible. A night out is just my style, too; you know what I'm like if someone says I get to wear a pretty dress!"

Then it dawned on her just why she'd be wearing said pretty dress, and 'Taya burst out with a guffaw of laughter that made the action on stage pause momentarily. She waved her hand at the actors to get them to continue, stifling her giggles as she turned back to the buzzing realtor.

"A Date Auction, huh' Well, that's definitely a deal, but don't tell Max." Her smile was infinitely wicked. "I want to see the look on his face when he realises he's going to have to pay to keep hold of me all night."

Her brows rose as she took in the expression on her friend's face following the announcement of Jon's interest in the Gardens. Mataya couldn't help but be pleased at that; he was an old friend, and she knew all too well the need for an actor to be away from close family when they were working. For some reason, parents and siblings just didn't understand why you got in at 2 or 3 am and got out of bed after 11 the next day.

"Well, he'd better come and live with us," she snorted with laughter. "Who better to give me a lift to and from here?"
