:: She pads her way up the steps to the Temple grinning like a mad fiend from excitement::

:: She makes her way around until she reaches that garden path again taking the same seat as before and noticing how much better the garden looked then the last time she visited::

:: She turns to the voice and her face lights up when she sees who it is::

Hi Brian I haven't seen you in a long time! how are you?

:: Then she looked to the moor cat and smiled waving to him then moving her gaze back up to Brian::

I was waiting here for Issy. I was hoping we could spar today ..I am getting a bit rusty from just traveling

:: She was unsure about the help her part but when he talked about the Nightblades Guild she turned away::

I....I lost track of them.....I failed....I failed the Sisters....thats..why I left...to find the members....when I couldn't I spent some time training and going to Tournaments.....eventually I ended up back here

I dont understand...everything was set...I was suppose to meet someone to take me there....and..then...nothing...by the time I realized anything..I couldn't find them...

I'm sorry..I screwed up....I failed...

:: she didn't cry nor whimper just looked ashamed for her failure::

:: She nodded slowly and smiled a bit::

I do have work to do...alot if I want to be like the Sisters...besides at least if they appear again I'll be ready for them::

:: she giggled a litte:: I may be 10 but I am no pushover....Say Brian...have you seen Lucy?...I cant find her anywhere at all

::She smiled to Brian not really understanding but nodding all the same as she stood with him::

Ok Brian..I guess a little lunch couldn't hurt since your making it

:: she giggled a bit and blew one of her bubbles at him so it would pop on his nose before standing next to him smiling up again::

*POP!!*

The bubble hitting it's mark and bursting upon Brian's nose, causing him to blink a few times and then laugh, as he patted Liena on the shoulder and guided the young lady inside to the kitchen.

After offering her a stool in the kitchen, Brian set out a bowl of dried fruit and some juice for her to snack on as he started lunch for everyone.

"So you have been traveling, is that right' And what kind of tournaments did you take part in" Were they big ones" I miss tournies, they were always fun to take part in."

Brian decided a stir fry would be the days course, and already had the beef strips marinated and set to go, and was working on the veggies, as he spoke to Liena. A warm smile offered to the young lady once more, as he went to slicing and dicing and all that other good stuff, as bell peppers, garlic, a bit of brocolli, carrots, and thinly sliced onions were prepared and readied. Brian smiled to Liena once more, and readied the twin woks, cause he didn't go out with that one wok style, sword-chucks yo...

Suddenly the woks came alive as veggies and meats hit those hot assed bad boys and Boo-Yea! There was fryin' goin' on baby! Tongs, and fork worked together, as it all was mixed back and forth, the aroma carrying through the home. Brian took a moment to wink to Liena, as he sang a little song he heard once..

"The Tiny Titan, well alright! That seems appropriate to me! You always were a strong one."

Brian tended the food once more, and started on some rice to accompany the stir fry, another smile to the 'Titan' and hi attentions were back on the grub as he continued to speak.

"So you had a hand to hand type tourny, eh' Those were always fun, I remember old martial arts tournaments when we had to fight bare fisted and footed, man that takes me back aways. I am glad you enjoyed yourself. Whether ya win or lose, quite a bit of knowledge can me attained while taking part in those events. I learned a lot in my time with them."

A small plate of seasoned beef strips were set before Liena to snack on, as he returned to the food a moment.

"Now unless I am mistaken, others should be arriving shortly, they seem to have a 6th sense when it comes to me cooking for them, and of course the company of someone we care for dearly."

"Yeh this one guy tried to cheat though..huhh..he coated poison in his fingernails so when he scratched you you would be poisone...I kicked his butt good."

"Cheating!? With poison' Buncha Savages...Well something like that will always present itself my dear, there are many who wish to take the short cuts and what not. It's a fact of life now a days, but it is great you overcame it. That shows just how strong and blessed you truly are. I am proud of you, and I am sure the sisters will be too."

"I cannot belieev how many strong fighters there were there...I almost lost a match because of this strange defense this guy used to wear me down..I just barely got him out of the ring."

"You'd be surprised how many are out there in the world or worlds my dear. But no matter what happens, everyone and I mean everyone has a weakness...Adapt and overcome, that's par for the course my dear, and you did that. if ya need a bigger stick find one, just don't loser your head and all else will fall into place. It's good you learned that early."

Brian nodded a moment, as he looked towards the 'Iron Woks' once more, and tended to the stir fry, adding soy and other spices for measure. He pondered Liena's jorney and smiled to himself, recalling his first sojourn and what not. It was good to have her back once more. So back to the fry, once more as bowls were set out and servings dished out.

"If that is true then it will become a feasting frenzy in a few minutes."

"Sweetheart that is an understatement, I don't any tournie can prepare you for what will come when these girls come to eat...Just remember what we talked about, weakness, adapt and overcome and do NOT leave yer hand alone on the table...Issy bites.."

:: Her head turned and she beamed when she saw Issy:: Issy!

"Heya, munchkin," :: she beamed up at her when she looked down::

"You looking for a little lesson after lunch today' If so, you're in luck. I've got a free afternoon." :: She nodded quickly::

of course Issy I would love to learn from you...but first things first Brians cooking!

"All right, you've sold me, Ravenlock," the Judge pushed off from her lean upon the archway and nodded to Liena. "What do you say, munchkin" A little lunch outside before the lesson?" Isuelt turned her body and started down the hallway which would inevitably lead to the side gate through the receiving room.

A chuckle to herself as she called over her shoulder to Brian, "Only four helpings for Jenai" What...is she on a diet or something?" There really was something to be said for the metabolism of the Scathachians.

"All right, you've sold me, Ravenlock,"

Brian nodded in return, as he set a bowl before Liena with fork ready to rock, and then set a bowl for he and Isuelt on a large tray, followed by some breads and cheeses, and of course some ice cold lemonade to boot.

Turning around with tray in hand, Brian followed Isuelt and had to laugh as she called back and said. "Only four helpings for Jenai" What...is she on a diet or something?" and responded with.

"A diet' You must be joking...Then again you weren't here for breakfast this morning. By the way, if you see any muffins lying around, just uh...Toss em, they were evil muffins...or something. In any event, rest assured no diet for Jenai whatsoever. She eats more than Jean and myself. I can barely keep up as it is."

So out they went, the girls in the lead and Brian bringing up the rear carefully. As Liena sat, Brian set the tray down in a near table and poured a cup of lemonade for each of them. Napkins were set out, as Brian bowed to each and grabbed his bowl with Authoritah and commenced to the chomp down.

"So Lienna, you asked about Lucy' So I take it then you have no seen Renna as of yet. She has returned as well. Lucy...Well she went away for a time, but I am sure Renna can help you in that regards.."

Brian offered a reassuring smile, as he sipped his drink and looked between the ladies.

"Isuelt' You alright?"

Brian's eyes panned to the judge, as he raised a brow a bit at Liena's question. Sipping his drink a moment, he set it down and waited to see if anything was amiss.

"No need to be sorry, you ladies have fun. I must excuse myself, there are some things that require my attention at present."

With that, Brian rose and bowed to each of them with a smile.

"Just leave everything here, I will return and collect them later, take care."

A nod to each, and Brian took his leave and headed back to the Sanctuary once more.

"Right then," the Scathachian stood and let the younger take the plates. She followed Liena back into the building and began down one of the hallways as soon as Liena was back from depositing the lunch dishes in the kitchen. "C'mon...this way," she knew that Rae would be sleeping at this afternoon hour, so she chose to lead the girl into the sparring room at the other end of the hall.

It was empty, save for a few weapons on the walls which were displayed with such accuracy, that they would have been thought for merely decorative purposes only. There were no mirrors, after all Scathachians were never vain women like so many others in RhyDin. They pursued their training as a necessity, not an endeavor to beautify themselves.

"Okay, kiddo, how about we talk about body to body movement today' Like if someone my size is coming after you," she waggled a finger at Liena, as if knowing what she was about to say, "And no, you can't use magic, either." Her harsh features softened into a smile for the girl.

"Like coming at you with nothing...no weapon. Someone who would use their size against you." She came full into the room and turned to face Liena. "I'll show you a few tricks to get them off their balance, then you can unleash your little fury," she grinned. "Just don't do it in here, okay' Jenai has finally finished with this place and if anything happened to it, I doubt even I could save you from her anger," a wink as she beckoned Liena forward.
