Reports have begun to circulate through the gaurds stationed near the west end to see to reports of missing homeless by one of the run down industrial area. The most recent dissapearance occuring last night when a few of the misplaced citizens reported hearing strange clicking and buzzing noises keeping them from sleep. though this could just be homless dementia from lack of food and proper care. If any suspicious activity relating to what little leads there are it is advised to consult a local magistrate or another city official.
