Topic: Another visit to Bristle Crios : To find a Fire Mage

It had been a while since Brian had been on the grounds of Bristle Crios. In fact with how beautiful the place currently was with the spring finally in full effect, it felt like a lifetime since he had visited this place. " Back then, there were issues with his memory and that of several others as well. Renna, had been a key factor in the reclaiming of those memories and directing Brian towards Jenai and his family once more.

Something Brian would not easily forget, and more much more the apparent in the wake of Ren's fall. " This visit, like the one before was of an important nature. Made the ever more important after the attack that took place in the market place yesterday. " So there Brian was, making his way towards the large circle of houses that represented the different disciplines of the Bristle Crios. A pleasant smile was offered to a pair of workers who in turn did somewhat of a double take at the main, which of course caused Brian to pause in his step and rightly check himself, wondering what the double take had been for. " And then he felt that nuzzle at his side, which told him everything he needed to know. " "Good timing, Jean, " said Brian as he offered a scritch to the large feline's head. The dossier folder was then taken from Jean's maw, and nodding once more to the workers who quickly went about their business, while Brian and Jean made their way to the housing circle.

"Good job back there by the way, bud. Didn't think this little folder here would cause so much fuss, eh?"

Brian was referring to the day before, where in the market place he had met Raven. An individual deeply known to both Crowe, and Art. An individual, that had done some incredible and terrifying things during his rather brief campaign against the Wolf, and Mage. Well, those two and anyone else who had stood with them.

Truth be told the campaign was for a great deal of things, the most important at that time to Raven was one Ammy Spiritor...

Ah, what a person would do for love....Raven did a lot actually, in the name of that love for Ammy.

He laid siege to the market place, openly attacked Brian, and several others. Kidnapped Claire, and then placed a bounty on not only Art, but Brian, Katt and several others.

A public bounty, that drew out every tom, dick and harry who wanted a piece of that action. With the help of a Jaded watchman, he had done even more, before it all had come to a crashing halt for the seemingly mad man.

A halt instituted by quite the gathering of individuals, namely Brian,Wanda, Zack, Renna, Katt, Andu, Lorna, Batousai, and Charles just to name a few.

And now it seems that man, Raven....The very one who wanted to end everything involving Art, Crowe and their allies, was now the man that was actually helping them against a newly arisen threat.

Enigma.

In any event, it seems that Raven dug up some information. Handed it off to Brian, and of course as fate and gods know what else would have it, Brian and Storm were soundly attacked by an entity tied to whatever the hell Art, and Crowe were currently dealing with.

Had it not been for the efforts of Katt, Ahnika and Yotsuba, along with Andu, Charles and Art, things would have been a great deal worse.

So here Brian Ravenlock was, searching for the Fire Mage so that he may hand off this information.

"Oh where, oh where Art thou?? said softly, as he paused at the circle of houses.

((Much, much thanks for the help with this post, you know who you are ;) ))

Mage House could be easily identified by its flora. Exotic flowers bloomed year round. Magical herbs were growing all over the gardens surrounding the house. But the most mystical of all, were the Mage Gardens behind Mage House, set off with the largest greenhouse on the entire coven. Even the greenhouse could be seen from the inner circle of houses, off in the back of Mage House.

Inside the two heavy wooden doors of Mage House, there was an elaborate entry way with little parlor. At least, that was how it appeared now. Mage House, inscribed with magical qualities while the house was built, has the ability to shift itself into any room that was needed. Rooms were added, subtracted, modified, all within an instance of closing and opening a door. There was a small golden plaque on the wall of the entryway identifying the current leader of the house's office was on the second floor. Arthour's office had a perfect view overlooking the Mage Gardens.

Up the stairs, visible from the main entry way, a similar golden plaque labeled on the wall next to an open door signified that this was the entryway to Arthour's office. The small room inside had a large desk and office equipment with a lanky blue-eyed blonde woman in green robes working diligently typing away at her keyboard, staring intently at the computer screen. Tall and skinny, but not at all glamorous as the stereotypical blonde should be. One would have to go through her office to reach the door to Arthour's office, currently closed.

Somehow Brian had made his way to that very office, granted he'd be damned if he told you how. Perhaps it was one of those "you simply end up where you need to go' deals, an the such. Either way, Brian had arrived, with the parcel in hand. Jean Luc, had broken off somewhere along the way, most likely headed to that rather impressive garden they had seen from outside the building.

Jean was a sucker for a good romp in the garden, even he was a 200+lb Moor Cat from the lowlands of Tyris.

Cat information aside, Brian approached the desk.

The robed woman had been noted immediately upon his entry, yet looked so diligent he did not wish to truly bother her, as she worked that keyboard over.

Still, he had what he had and it needed to be handed over before anything else happened, so he closed that gap between he and the desk bound female, as a faint smile took form.

"Hello there, I am looking for Arthour. By chance is he in today??

It was, truly, an impressive garden. The gardeners would meet the big Cat's arrive with smiles and laughter. So long as he stayed off the flower beds!

Rebecca glanced up as the man entered, and paused in typing as she examined the man that entered her domain.

While the desk was right outside Arthour's office, Rebecca was more used to letting Arthour handle talking with people. She just dealt with the paper work, darn it! She didn't do people. Arthour did...And then he just upped and vanished, leaving Rebecca with all the paper work (She didn't really mind this, as it let her stick more to the background, which was what she liked.) And everyone that needed to speak with the House Leader....she hoped dearly that she wouldn't have to stand in for him at the Coven Leaders Assembly...She'd never be able to do that..All those people....And Important people too...

"No, I'm afraid that the House Leader isn't in. In fact, he hasn't been in for a few days now..." The last comment was added with a deep frown. When she got her hands on the House Leader....A 'talk' would be had. And ears would be bruised. Standing, Rebecca smoothed her robes down and looked Brian over. The name plaque on her desk announcing her full name to be Rebecca Mordoe.

"Is there anything I can help you with, sir? I'm sure I can sort out any problems you might have on Mr Chazore's behalf"
