(So hey, I'm hoping this will not be a one off thread for once, this will be some stories of Crowe that almost anyone is welcome to join: Friend, enemy or the common assailant. He's ready!)

Haven't I dealt with enough today"

The New Office of Crowe Thorne. An odd sound to the Wolf House Leader, resting heavily on the oak desk riddled with random office crap, such as a peculiar device which involves crashing balls together! Fine tapestries of old, heroic historical events were nailed to the forest-green walls whilst a soft, fake rug tickled his paws.

Leaning on his weary elbows, Crowe glared quietly at the photos before him, two featuring unfamiliar objects but the last photo...that peaked his interest greatly. You've got to be joking. But it wasn't. There he was. Three bodies.

What the hell have you got yourself into now laddie!

Crowe groaned in frustration, paws slowly clenching into steely fists, a growl emitting from his worn throat. He was at his limit. Screw Dragons, Demons and Evil Mages. He had to contend with a new litter, prevent mass riots and death like now and to top the cherry on the iced sh*tstorm of a cake...

His brother had arrived (sounds alright hmmm") with the news that would cripple most men for their entire lives. There was only his brother left.

Thick skull met solid table when the wolf delivered the sharp blow to his canine skull. Retirement can really be the worst part of life.

There was the most soft and subtle of knocks at the door to Crowe's office, almost as though the knocker were not sure if the wolf was in at all.

Oh and there would be a feeling of....Familiarity, as if Crowd knew exactly who was on the other side of his door.

Crowe Thorne

Ears twitching as the soft knocking rang through his ears, the wolf sighed softly as he extended a paw to the door, where it would spring to life and creak open into the room. His gaze was still to the photos, gnawing his lip anxiously as he pondered on what to do next, muttering to himself

"Close Stall" Bring friends to Academy...Mansions too' Who to bring, who to bring...?" The wolf groaned loudly as he rubbed his aching eyelids whilst they performed the strenuos task of staying open.

Arthour

Blink, blink, blink...The door opened of it's own accord...Walking in, he smiled and shut the door softly behind him

"And here I thought the doors only opened by the selves at Mage House. You looked troubled my friend, are they not treating you right here?"

Smiles to the wolf as he crossed the room to stand opposite the desk, then something caught his eye. Pointing at the thing, frowning in confusion, he said,

"What the heck is that?"

It appeared to be a set a metal ball, all tied up to a frame....It looked as though they were meant to swing from side to side, but they also looked as if they would hit each other as they did....

Crowe Thorne

Waving a hand idly around, he chuckled lightly and shook his head, the seat opposite the desk pulling out for Art, Magic" Maybe.

"I am well brother, I am fed three square meals a day, all the booze I demand and an office for peace. Just minor issues, nothing to worry you," smiling warmly, placing the photos silently in one of drawers.

Crowe chortled at Art's confusion at the odd mechanism below him, raising a paw as he explained, "Why brother, that is a..." the paw sank alongside his beaming face, "...A very good question, I thought it was some small trap for rodents but it isn't I think...look," squeezing a finger and thumb between the end ball (or beginning one), he raised it up then let go.

The metallic marble crashed into the ranked balls, a sharp Plink echoing through the room, the ball at the other end magically flying out, then back down with a plonk.

"So," Plink ,"What brin," Plonk.

Crowe silenced the annoying racket as he firmly grabbed the flying marble and set it down carefully with its battered brethren, a sigh of relief escaping from him.

"What brings you here then Art?"

Arthour

Slipping into the seat that pulled out for him, he smiled at the wolf, listening,

"That's very good Crowe, I'm glad to hear that"

Who wants to hear that their best friend, the man you consider the closest thing you've ever had to a brother, isn't well" Smiling at Crowe, he leant back in the chair, watching Crowe as he began to explain the contraption , he laughed at his words

"Fascinating"

He watched it go, plink, plonk, plink, plonk and then he looked up at his friend with a bright smile as he stopped the odd contraption

"I just wanted to see how you were doing...Brother. I know I could have come around soon to see you and how things were going over here, but things have....Been hectic."

He smiled at the wolf

"So, how are things going over here?"

Crowe Thorne

Date: 2013-01-31 02:31 EST
Grinning that sweet, ol' wolfish smile, the wolf kicked his legs up onto the desk with ill-regard for cleanliness or being polite in front of his adopted brother. Stroking his muzzle gently, he nodded as he listened to Art's words,

"Everything has been calm, my brother Drake has not picked up his brother's ability to be almost killed, Eclipse and I are handling the pregnancy well but I'm mainly stuck here dealing with the House, Academy or this Registration bullsh*t."

Chuckling, shaking his head gently, "How's your side of retirement going then?"

Arthour

Date: 2013-01-31 05:27 EST
He chuckled, smiling at the wolf, not much careing for the lack of politeness. It didn't really matter in this setting.

"Who ever said I was retired, my friend?"

He chuckled again leaning back in his chair and smiled at Crowd,

"I'm glad thing are going well Crowe"

He chuckled,

"And that Drake lacks your more....Self destructive nature.

Things are going well. Mai has move us out of our apartment in the Marketplace. We're living at one of her mansions now, until this whole thing blows over"

He siad, refereing to the registration, then sighed softly, crossing his arms,

"It makes her feel safer, so that's all that matters as far as I'm concerned. Things are of course Intresting over at Mage House. First Morgan is murdered in the garden, then less than a month later, people are practically hunting us in the streets.....I think"

He said with a small grin,

"That I would rather do the paperwork than deal with all this"

Crowe Thorne

Date: 2013-01-31 12:25 EST
"Ever since I was retired dear brother."

The wolf chuckled at Art, scratching his muzzle ad his thoughts drifted to the good old' days. A small smile lay on his greeting muzzle, the faint traces of a wolfish beard growing under his chin.

"I'm glad that you're all safe then, if someone dared touched my family they'll be seeing me soon," grinning evily, "Just stay safe and keep Mai out of trouble, she bears a child and it's a tough time," The lupine's mad grin turned to a soft, comforting smile.

"Eclipse's belly is already getting larger with the new twins, struggling with where to have the new room in the House."

Sighing, he rubbed his weary eyes with his soft arms, nuzzling them happily as he imagined a cushiony pillow, mumbling casually,

"Anyone dares hunt my hide then I'll have their head as an ornament on my wall," smirking as he leaned back, chocolate gaze to his friend,

"I have a plan that could help us all, one that may require me out of retirement."

Arthour

Date: 2013-02-01 06:48 EST
He laughed at Crowe's reply

"Dear brother, I am far from retirement yet...Well, maybe not far, but far enough"

Smiling at the wolf, he nodded

"You don't have to worry about us Crowe. I'll keep her and the baby out of trouble, heck if I can manage it with you!"

More chuckling from the mage as the wolf talks. Theres a quirked brow at the head ornament comment but he lets it pass, but he can't let the comment about coming out of retirement go by,

"A plan, hmm' One that might need you out of retirement..."

Thinking, he leaned back in his chair, crossing his legs and regarded his friend for several moments

"Alright then. I'm in, if only to keep you from getting yourself killed again. Whats the plan?"

Crowe Thorne

Date: 2013-02-01 16:21 EST
Paws clapped firmly together as he leaned back, a cheerful grin on his stretching muzzle, his teeth flashing bright white.

"I'm glad you're in brother, this is confidential stuff so only us can know this, perhaps others if we both agree."

The fingers of his paws tapping malevolently together as he gazed with anticipation at Art,

"Simple," a paw slid onto the centre of his chest, a soft amount of pressure applied with one finger. Click. In that one instance, the body morphed into a bare skinned, handsome human self. Smirking evily, he scratched his well-kept, bristly beard, continuing as a small stream of smoke trailed over his head,

"Call me Ravian, Professional Mercenary for the Greatest men alive, Master with weapons, but I specialise in dealing with Mages." Sly grin there as he awaited for the reaction from his good friend, chocolate browns eyes scanning every movement as he brushed back his silky hair.

Arthour

Date: 2013-02-01 16:38 EST
Looking at the wolf with a sly grin, he said

"You, mister Crowe, are asking to play a dangerous game."

And then he sobered, looking at Crowe carefully, his eyes narrowing

"You realise how dangerous, right' And what could happen if this backfires? You could be arrested, seriously injured, or worse Crowe. There's no telling what might happen if we go through with this"

Thinking for a moment, he then said

"If you do go ahead though.....We should tell Zack Shimmerscale. At least he's a member of the watch and he investigating what?s been going on"

Leaning back, he then said

"In fact...I insist we tell him, and Charles"

Crowe Thorne

Date: 2013-02-01 17:00 EST
Brief laugh there, "And I'm a dangerous wolf so it'll be fine brother, only issue is to gain the Baron's trust, that is all."

Nodding with a faint sigh, he rested his head on the pans of his fleshy hands, with fingernails and all that odd human parts, "I will agree with you on that Art, save me an odd situation with the Watch."

Head bobbing up and down from a light chuckle, the smile faded and his gaze turned steely and his face creased with worry,

"This is serious Art, if I can find out what?s happening I could save Rhydin from more murders, riots possibly even a civil war if it boils up so much," sighing, his rubbed his strained eyes, the cheerfulness lost, "I may be gone for some time so tell the family I live them and that Crowe will be back."

Chewing his lip, he was keeping a strong face, holding back the emotions flooding out, "I may be caught, or even killed, but I will come back Art. I will deal with this problem and find the solution. I promise."

Arthour

Date: 2013-02-02 05:19 EST
"You realise this may not be necessary my friend" The Watch is on, Charles is even working on. I fear too many chefs might ruin the dish, you know" And the as for the Baron"

He made a derisive sound

"I don't think he'll even be a Baron come the February Governor's Advisory Council, he's position if very tenuous from what I've heard and there are other factors to take in as well Crowe. So, I want to ask you to at least wait....Wait until there's something you can do. And please, speak to Hellion Zack Shimmerscale. If anyone knows anything about what?s going on, he does and for the moment, I trust him. I every confidence he'll get to the bottom of it"

Rubbing his chin, he looked at Crowe with a worried look

"I don't want you throwing your life away Crowe. Not now, with the twins on the way, not when we're not even sure who might be behind these murders...."

Pulling out a pocket watch, he sighed, snapped it shut and put it back into his pocket, pulling out the newspaper clipping for that day, he said

"I have to go Crowe, but...There is something I need you to do for me"

He put the clipping on the desk so Crowe could see it, the head line read " More murders in Rhy'Dinn! "

"I don't know if your brother told you Crowe, but I can shift forms. Into a red dragon, about the same size and look as the one in this story. Mai knows as it happened after the Nexus dumped me next to her......If she finds this story, she might think it was me Crowe....And I can't find her, she's not at home or any of the mansions, I've even been to the Belarus Estates....I'm going up to Vampire House next, but I wanted to let you know now in case you see her out and about before me"

Standing, he smiled at the wolf

"Stay safe Crowe. Or at least, whatever passes as safe for you?

With a smile, he opened the door and headed out into the corridor, shutting Crowe's office door behind him as he went out, walking with a purpose to find his fianc"e before she found a news report that would make her think he was dead....

((OOC; I now leave the floor open for anyone and everyone else :) For continuity reasons, Art's meeting with Crowe took place on the 31st of January))

The next day...

More murders....Great. Just what I needed today.

The office was a mess, previously neatly stacked papers tossed carelessly to the ground, all space on the desk available as the previous owners of the desk littered the ground. Except the little contraption, which was going Plink, Plonk.

The scruffy, tired, grumpy wolf lay sprawled on his creaking desk, moaning under the weight of the wolf. Busy, busy, busy. That's been the past few hours and all he's had to survive on in the office was a solid 33 minute (and 42 second) nap and a mouldy sandwich left by the last House Leader. Or it wasn't a sandwich and had crawled there.

Murders. Dragons. Magic. Why!? Crowe growled angrily, understanding the stress that most investigators likely went through, perhaps Zack did as well. He has his ideas. Yes, ideas! But only them. No evidence.

The door was left open, the cool air of the House filling the room as it battled the foul stench of a half-demented wolf combating with madness and his body odours.

::It was over a month later, that Arthour returned to Wolf House and it's corridors, looking for someone in particular::

Before he headed to the Inn, Arthour decided to see if he couldn't find Crowe today. The wolf had been keeping to himself a lot...And not trying to pounce Arthour from the rafters. This made him worry, as he felt it was his adoptive brother's job to keep him on his toes, plus, he kinda missed the half crazed, demented and insane wolf. So knocking on the door, he waited for the Wolf House Leader to reply.

Arthour smiled slightly, looking forward to greeting Crowe.

Crowe Thorne

More like a tamed, demented drunk wolf today for his delightful human brethren.

Art. No one can forget that smell...Unless you're not a wolf as he can track that scent of Mai on him like a piece of barbecue-sauce riddled bacon on fresh, toasted bread. Great, now his inner thoughts made him have the Munchies.

The door would fling open for his friend, exposing the lush-green surrounding that enveloped the occupants like a forest itself, darkened by the closed curtains. The wolf's legs kicked out onto his desk carelessly. Red snakes crawled around his eyeballs, blending and dancing in the dark pool of warm chocolate as they both turned to gaze at Art.

"Hullo Art!" A wide, wolfish grin was cast upon his muzzle, strangely out of place on the raw eyed, partially drunk wolf whilst he brought his legs back, one of the many bottles of peculiar size and scent kicked down. Alcohol, no sleep and a helluva lot of pondering on his mind.

Arthour

Date: 2013-03-17 10:51 EST
Lack of sleep" Been there. His own eyes were hung with the bags of sleep loss and he did look weary as well. And yes, Mai's scent would cover him, head to toe. He spent all the time he had spare with her, when he wasn't at the Inn.

The tamed, demented, drunk wolfs smile was returned, before Arthour noted the bottles. And he didn't need a wolf's nose to catch that scent of alcohol that hung in the room ether. Moving into the office, and shutting the door behind him and he moved deeper into the lush green of the office of his dear friend and brother. Moving to Crowe's side, he gave the wolf an awkward (due to the fact he was sitting and Arthour was standing), but big, hug. Then he moved back around the desk and settled himself comfortably into the chair opposite the wolf. It was set just so that he could peer at the wolf from a reclining position.

"What?" He asked simply. Crowe didn't get drunk like this unless something was up "Your not still upset abut Ripper calling you a Drone, are you?" Gotta admit...The wolf makes damn fine cannon fodder, but he can't think the wlf would let it get under his skin that much.

Crowe Thorne

A soft, annoyed grumble at the memory of that accursed xeno and his blunt rudeness to the wolf on the subject of his place in this so called Hive.

"No no...Not that....Just...Y'know," a paw fiddled idly with a half-empty vodka bottle to distract him from the wave of reoccuring thoughts and feelings swimming around in his head, "Ammy."

Suddenly, a cumbersome gasp of breath fell out and he slumped onto his desk, frowning, "I feel so horrible...I love her...But I cannot, and with having a family of my own too..." a loud snort as his nostrils flared, two eyes on Art,

"Am I a bad man Art?"

Arthour

Date: 2013-03-17 14:02 EST
He watched his friend for a moment, reclining in his chair. Arthour quirked his head a bit and took a deep breath.

"Bad" No. No, I don't think you are. Confused, yes. And I may be a bit disappointed in you my friend.

Crowe, I think you need to do is tell Eclipse. And I really think you need to keep it from Ammy. She's not in her right frame of mind right now and she can't deal with this" He thought for a moment, then said "Actually.....It may be best if you don't tell Eclipse ether. She'll freak and with the pups on the way?" Arthour shook his head "No. What you need to do is spend your time with your wife and pups"

Reaching over, he picked up a bottle of...What ever and took a sip, watching the wolf.

Crowe Thorne

Date: 2013-03-17 15:45 EST
Can't deal with it' Too late Art...Too late. But he mustn't know what occurred with Ammy during the blizzard and in his office...

Crowe glanced to Art, teeth chewing on his dry lips as he thought this over, and what appeared to be a smile creeping up at his comment,

"She would freak out Art and I do love her, I really do but I don't know why these feelings for another female came up, I've seen Ammy as a friend before the ball then," paws sharply came together for a clap, "Boom, I get a little flutter in the heart near her."

You really have no idea you daft wolf do you?

What' Someone say something in there".

Shoulders rose up to squeeze up to his neck, a simple, confused shrug shown, "I will spend more time...I'll try...I've just not been in the best moods today and I don't think this dad wants their kids to see him all grumpy and smelling of booze."

Arthour

Date: 2013-03-17 16:54 EST
"Hmm...It might have been because you were in a human form?" He siad with a quirked eyebrow and sipped...What ever the heck it was he'd picked up from Crowe's desk "This is why in my homeland, transformation spells were taboo. Not allowed and in the few instances where they were, heavily guarded. I know I can shift into a dragon, but even then....My mind is just a little different. I become more.....Affectionate to everyone around me, more cuddly. When, normally, the only person I'd want to cuddle is Mai...." He shrugged, another sip taken of his drink.

Smiling at the wolf, he said "Grumpy old wolf. You should go for a run, out in the Glen, take a dive in the Lake and then go home. It'll do you good my brother, the fresh air, cold water and a few hours with family in front of the fire"

Crowe Thorne

Date: 2013-03-17 17:21 EST
Blink Blink. Never thought of that. Being human...He felt odd, a different body, a different attitude. Switching from wolf to human is the most healthiest option. That tiny voice in his head flared to a constant buzzing of:

LetmeoutLetmeoutLetmeout....

"I...I do feel odd as Raven, like a new ego, and sometimes it just drifts into me now, the constant urge to flirt and cause a good bit of chaos," head was shaken briefly, eyes to the desk before a short snicker "He's like the bachelor version of me."

Head bobbed up and down in a agreeing nod, "Aye...A swim will do me fine, a cold lake especailly."

Arthour

Date: 2013-03-17 17:39 EST
His weary eyes darted up to Crowe and Arthour sipped his drink again, before he said "You feel like Raven...When you normal?" He hummed softly and thoughtfully, then sipped his drink again, before nodding

"I wouldn't change into him again fora little while Crowe. And leave the amulet at home. Don't wear it all the time and take that swim.....You stink"

The last bit was said with a grin and then he chuckled, sipping his drink again.

Crowe Thorne

Date: 2013-03-17 17:45 EST
"Sometimes...Not fully, just at times..." then he glanced down at his chest, a paw firmly grasping the amulet, well where it would be under his shirt, and...Growled at Art, eyes flashed menacingly at him,

"I'm not taking it off Art," low and threatening, he clutched the amulet tighter before he blinked. Sense returned, he gazed to Art, then his chest, giving a small whimper of apology,

"Sorry...I didn't mean to..."

Did he just..Growl at his brother" For the amulet' Why"!

Arthour

Date: 2013-03-17 17:54 EST
He sighed again, watching Crowe as he growled "To late..." He said softly and shook his head "Raven already has a hold on you....You couldn't take that off even if you wanted too....He'd stop you."

Arthour sipped his drink again, before looking the bottle over and said "What the hells IS this stuff" It's more-ish" He said, before looking at the wolf again and sipped from the bottle.

"Crowe. Raven has Raven been talking to you this whole time" A little voice, talking all the time" Telling you to let him ut or some such?" He asked, then sipped his drink again, watching the wolf.

Crowe Thorne

Date: 2013-03-17 19:14 EST
"Personal beverage, spiked Vodka in fact," he rarely took to the using of drugs to enhance life but today was one of those days, and he needed that kick to his engine to keep him rolling.

Paws cradled his head, sunken into the table as a low groan escaped his lips, "He...He has control of me?" The wolf wasn't in charge" But another skin of his! The creation was taking over from its Master!

Crowe gave a pathetic whimper, till he realised that all that buzzing, all that annoying buzzing...Were words. Stupid Wolf! Couldn't you hear the damn words!

Letmeout

"Yes...I can hear the words...Why is he doing this Art! He shouldn't be real!" a fist crashed into the desk, bottles shaking and plummeting to the ground to explode spectacularly into shards of glass.

Arthour

Date: 2013-03-18 14:58 EST
"Congratulations Crowe....This is the first time in over a thousand years I've drunk vodka....And enjoyed it" He sipped the drink again, before his eyes moved over the wolf slowly and focused on his eyes in the end.

"Real? Real is relative Crowe...In this place, here" He tapped the desk "In this city, we are on the edge of real and unreal. Just close enough for the fabric to shift and change, for the weave to differ from day to day" He sipped his drink again "He...Is you. I think. He is built up on you emotions and your conciousness....

"He's like a, ah...An alter ego, the other side of a coin. And....He, wants to be him" Arthour held his hands out to ether side and said "He wants freedom. The only problem is...He's trying to usurp your life, your consciousness and take over your body.....I suspect, he lives within your amulet there...That holds his mind, his memories....."

Arthour frowned again...Then he sipped his drink once again, looking at the bottle and its contents, he said "I suspect...I'm getting drunk.....Odd.."

Crowe Thorne

Date: 2013-03-18 18:50 EST
Good news. Art enjoys drugged alcohol, he'll remember this for his birthday! Bad news. He has a possible psychotic, sex-crazed, flirtatious devil hidden inside of him that wants to take over dominance of body and do whatever the hell he wants!

Life just gets better don't it"

Better for me anyhow. And you if you let me out please"

"What if I let the Him out now and them, give him some freedom so he doesn't burst out and wanna take over this lovey body and have me second-in-command?" The black wolf shrugged innocently, eyeing the vodka bottle hungrily now, a slippery tounge sliding over his dry lips.

Crowe would give a small chuckle at the final comment, dark browns glazing over the bottle, "Personal favourite, with my own worthy additions to keep me awake and not so deranged...Oh, you may crave food soon." Innocent, evil smile there.

Arthour

Date: 2013-03-18 19:10 EST
Eyes narrowed at the wolf and there was a grin "Mhmm....Munches.....Great..." He set the half empty bottle, one of many, back onto the bar, before he leant back in his chair again.

"That would make it worse Crowe...He'll wear a rut into your mind, making it easier for him to slip into it when he wants.....Plus, he may start trying to make you think like you wanted to give him control or start trying to convince you to allow him control...The thing is Crowe, Raven will do what ever he can to get his way. I could.....Find a way....Of letting him out, with out taking control of your mind..Or body. But I need the amulet for that, and I'm willing to bet that he won't let you give it to me. If he doesn't, that'll prove that what I just said was right, that he'll do what he wants, and what ever it takes to get it. After all, I'm sure he's listening right now and doesn't believe one word of what I said"

Arthour reached over the desk again, slowly. It almost looked liked he was going to reach over for the amulet around Crowe's neck....Then, he plucked up a different, open bottle and sipped from that. Watching Crowe closely.

Crowe Thorne

Date: 2013-03-19 10:53 EST
The wolf flinched suddenly at the movement of Art's hand close to his neck, quickly grabbing for his necklace before a sigh of relief arrived. Chuckling awkwardly, he shifted in his seat, eyes watching Art Very carefully.

Oh I can hear pretty boy, look.

A hand darted out to snatch a bottle from his desk, neck grasped tightly as the top was brought to his lips, not as good as what Art had, but sufficient. Eyes changed from nervous paranoia to intrigue, the head tilted as those eyes seemed less...Wolf-like.

Raven is here kiddies.

"How tha hell can I trust you Art, how's I not know you'll just toss me in tha river" Break the amulet, use some of that fancy magic of yours" I want this freedom and control, and this fur is a pain in the arse y'know?" Fingers locked together underneath his chin, a certain intelligence behind this dark swirling pools. He ain't the stupid wolf this time.

Arthour

Date: 2013-03-19 14:39 EST
Pretty boy, hmm"

Arthour's eyes narrowed slightly, and he quirked his head a little. Watching the change as it came over the wolf and smiled a little smile.

"Raven.....A pleasure to meet you again? He bowed his head in the slightly over exaggerated manner used by the drunk, before raising the bottle back up to his lips to sip at it, leaning back in his chair. Slightly blood shot, but none the less, piercing white-blue eyes looked back at the inquisitive chocolate browns of his brother...Only it wasn't Crowe that look out of them, was it.

"I didn't think you'd be able to force control over him like that..." It's worse than I thought... His thought's went no further than his own skull, as Arthour sipped from the bottle again, before his eyes narrowed again and he said "Only my friends call me Art. You are not a friend" Another sip of his drink as he thought a moment.

"You have Crowe's memories. His knowledge of me. I would have thought it would quite difficult for you not to trust me, but then you do have your own mind so..." He shrugged " Anyway, all you have to do is go through his knowledge of me, I can be trusted to keep my word when I give it. The question is, can you?" Arthour watched the wolf, sipping his drink again, whatever it was, his eyes never once left Raven's.

Crowe Thorne

Legs crossed over, eyes glaring down at the drunken Art, as a wicked, teasing smile grew on his muzzle, "Pleasure to you too Mr Chazore, and I see you are enjoying your little drink I see, I'm not really for it myself, too nasty for me, though the occasional bottle of vodka does suffice." Peculiar, did he think this just of a conversation"

A little, playful pout of the lip, the chair creaking as he shifted his bodyweight backwards, "But I'm your brother Mr Chazore, I'm sure I can call you by your short name can't I?" Playing on a pathetic, fake puppy look to the blood shot blues of Art. He has the upper hand now. Crowe and Co-ordination.

That annoying, pointless tail of that idiot wolf's was suddenly swishing. He must be waking up soon to the same prison he's been in for these weeks of loneliness. Fingers wiggled together, the fur brushing against one another as a wolfish smile spread slowly across like it was cancerous,

"I know he can trust you, and hopefully I shall if you let me out please?" He strained on the word please, huffing in frustration, "And I won't kill anyone dear to you Mr Chazore, Crowe is left by me and I live my happy, free life...Deal Mr Chazore?" He extended a paw, grumbling quietly. Damn, I want my flesh now!

Arthour

Date: 2013-03-19 17:48 EST
"Oh yes...I'm enjoying this drink very much" He replied "It's quite good" Arthour sipped it again, watching the wolf with his near drunken gaze and said "Raven. You are Raven. Not Crowe, and not my brother. So Mr Chazore will do nicely I think" Nods, sips the drink again. Clever barsteward. Crowe could trust Arthour, yes....But he would only think twice about saving his brother, before doing it. He quirked his head at the wolf and sipped his drink again, before saying

"Before I make any deal with you Raven....You need to stop trying to force your way out. You need to stop doing what you are doing and making Crowe feel your emotions for Ammy. I know he cares for her deeply, but he'd never go this far into it, that is all you?

Arthour was strangely coherent for a drunk man, no' Perhaps he needs a new drink...Since he just finished the one he had, settling the empty bottle onto the bar, carefully. Watching the wolf.

Small nods as hands cupped under his chin, eyeing and listening carefully to every morsel of the word the Mage could muster. A firm, polite nod to Art and he smiled warmly, "Deal, you get me free, I leave Crowe from my life and feelings Mr Chazore, then I live a free life than that boring darkness."

Which Crowe was currently settled in...

"Now Mr Chazore, set me free please?" Another bottle was slid across the tabletop, skidding neatly to a halt at the hand of Art whilst he beamed innocently. Scotch. Second favourite, personal touches of course too.

He gets his drink, he gets his brother and Raven gets sweet freedom from this dull, furry body, which burnt like hell indoors! A sweet deal, no"

The bottle was taken up and he opened it, taking a sip of the scotch "Crowe makes a good drink" He murmured, before turning his eyes back on the wolf "There is one other thing Raven" He sipped his drink again, before he cleared his throat and looked at him again.

"You. Can not continuing seeing Ammy. Nor can you attempt to force your way into her relationship. The emotions you have of her? Most of them aren't your's, their Crowe's." He chuckled, leaning back in the chair "Hell, your luckly I'm such a nice guy!"

He sipped the scotch again with a smug smile, looking at the wolf.

He wasn't amused. One bit. The smile was lost, and a small, barely visible nod was confirmed, with a disgruntled sigh, "I accept these terms. As harsh as they maybe, I accept them Mr Chazore." Head sunken in defeat, he weakly took off the amulet, reluctantly at first before it fully came off. Was there a snicker as the last of the necklace brushed off his fur" No....

Paws were raised weakly as he pleaded his innocence and trust to the Mage, a tad annoyed with the twist of knife in this deal. Well more like he'll rip the man's...Coughs, kiddies are around.

Crowe blinked in confusion, flashing colours before he realised that the amulet, it was on the table, off him. The free wolf glanced between the Mage, to the necklace before he just...Laughed. That...Was easy. What'd he miss"

"Good. Because you had no choice" He said, before Arthour snatched up that amulet as it fell to the table, wrapping it up in a handkerchief before slipping it into a pocket. Long before Crowe started laughing.

Looking at the wolf as he laughed, Arthour smiled and sipped his drink again, chuckling with him. Apparently the wolf had no idea what happened just now. Good, that was best. "You make a good drink Crowe" He said, holding the bottle up "A damn good drink" He took another sip, and the blood shot eyes" They seemed to just...Return to normal. He never got drunk unless he wanted, and he'd only been playing along, trying to get Raven into a false sense of security. He'd been dealing with a sober Swordmage, but more than that, he'd been dealing with a sober demi-god. One that could have ended him in a blink.

"How do you feel Crowe?"

Crowe gave a small laugh, not realising what possible danger he could, and would have been in if Art had not intervened so well. And he didn't know he should of said thank you...Poor wolf. "Thank you for the compliment Art, I take pride in the finest drinks" then he realised....

No buzzing

He's gone.

Gaze flickered to the Mage, a small, grateful smile on his lips but he kept the matter under cloak. Damn, he was fortunate to not be only friends, but a brother to this man, without him, he;d be mince-wolf for every monster on this plain.

"I feel fantastic Art, fancy another bottle for you and Mai to enjoy together?" Winking at him. Man, it's good to be back!

Arthour

And to think....If it hadn't been for Enigma, they would never have had a common cause, nor gone through the events from which their friendship had been made, forged even.

Strange, how the world turns...

Arthour smiled back at the wolf and nodded. Damn straight he'd be mince-wolf! "I'd love to take a bottle back Crowe. I'm sure Mai will love it" It was good to have him back, standing from his chair, Arthour some how mamaged to find an unopened bottle on that desk and reached over, hugging the wolf.

"I suggest that you take that dip in the lake Crowe. And a long, long shower.....And some breath mints.....You stink" Chuckling, he patted the wolf's back, and then, he's off! Darting away from Crowe with a wink at him.
