For those students taking the Redneck's cooking course, there's an extra credit assignment coming up.

Creating and implementing the dishes from the menu for this year's Beltane Celebration.

At this juncture the menu is a rough draft and is still in its evolutionary stages. However, Thorn is giving her students a sneak peek, and offering them, as well as the other members of staff, tastings. Opinions, input, are always welcome.

(It's a link and not a bunch of Pictures, I know. Since the menu is still a draft and not final, I figured it'd be a bit easier, and less space-taking to go this route. Plus, the description of each dish is in the description section of the set page, and that doesn't show up when you do image cuts. I'm open for input, thoughts, considerations, etc.)
