Welcome to the Demon House

The Demon House is one of the houses in the Coven Bristle Crios. Founded by Morgan Doyle after leaving Dublin, Ireland, Bristle Crios ensures a safe haven for everyone who maintains peace and protection within its grounds. People of all races, abilities, and backgrounds are welcome as members or guests of the Coven.

Demon House in Bristle Crios is available for those who define themselves as demons or undead. You certainly are not defined by dark roots and not considered evil here, unless you insist on performing evil acts. Demons, ghosts, zombies, succubae, and any other Hell spawn are always welcome at the Demon House.

Based on the architecture from the Christ Church Cathedral in Dublin, Ireland, Demon House stands high, with large rooms and facilities accommodating even the tallest members. Come walk through our great libraries, full of occult knowledge. Behind the house, sits an immense garden with monumental trees that are rumored to be ancient elementals. By the garden lay a voluminous lake with depths unknown connecting our other lakes through a small stream.

More About Demon House

The large kitchen holds about every ingredient a member could need. Pixies are ever present in the kitchen and eagerly prepare requested food all day and night, but check your sandwiches because some of the kitchen staff like to play instead of cook and may end up playing hide-and-seek under a toasted bun. The large dining area can accommodate even our largest members of trolls and ogres. Small square tables can easily be lined up against each other to easily fit large groups for an important meeting.

There are many intimate sitting rooms to allow for private conversations, but be sure to knock first. Just because a room looks empty, doesn't mean it's not occupied by an invisible ghost. There are a few large common areas for small parties or events in the house, as well. You can always tell when the ogres are having a party, since the whole house will shake from excitement, figuratively and literally.

The great library houses all types of mythological tomes, ideal for researching more about your kind, or figuring out why your goblin house members like to play pranks on you. We apologize if an occasional light may flicker, interrupting your reading; we do have some gremlin members. The house also has a few smaller reading rooms filled with light reading and fiction books. Be sure to check the shelves if you lose your diary, because a few resident fairies believe books belong in the libraries and like to return them to their rightful place.

There are many bedrooms of varying sizes for all types of members. Every room can be modified as a member sees fit. Luckily all walls are sound proof, so you'll never have to worry about your next door neighbor manticore's snoring waking you up in the middle of the night. Rooms may be shared or private. You may have just a small bedroom, or a suite with a small kitchen alcove with a table and chairs, small sitting room or office, and a separate bedroom. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom, but there are public bathrooms on every floor as well which include showers. Rooms are available up our upper floors, as well as our basement floors for members who prefer to live underground.

Outside on the grounds are several small gardens with flowering bushes and trees as well as a few vegetable gardens and fruit trees. There is a large lake with a wide stream for our sea faring members, including underground and underwater areas for our merfolk and other underwater members to live comfortably. Demon House is surrounded by a great forest. There have been many rumors that nymphs live in the woods, but nothing has been confirmed. You can occasionally hear a member whisper about the elemental trees in the forest, the huge great oaks, but no one has ever admitted to their presence.
