He signed the electronic receipt and watched the van pull away before beginning to unpack the latest merchandise and accessories. The purse shaped like a diamond got a grin as he wondered if anyone would get the joke.

Using his connections at the Academy of Bristle Crios, Kruger got volunteers from his forging class to help design and create his team's float. Perhaps that explains the Hellhound on the guitar" The theme of the team was upheld on it from the electric guitar that ran the entire length of the float, to the full sized stage that served as the platform. Several of BC's Advisors got involved, and even the leader. Atop the stage a large creature was fabricated from light metals thanks to Miranda Branson. Her daughter Angel helped to paint the guitar in team colors black and red. She also helped Captain Kruger hang the curtain that surrounded the vehicle that served as the locomotion for the float.

Ammy Spiritor converted this gas guzzler into something that ran on Morech Crystal technology. The float may be mammoth but it has almost no Carbon Footprint. The guilty party for the Carbon Footprint is a pair of mortars for launching pyrotechnics. Grace Frigg the Keeper of the Fire Tower arranged for the float to have plenty of explosive power. The skeletal creature raises those mortars into the air so they can loft fireworks high. No need to worry about fires though, The Sword Mage, Arthour Chazore has worked his own magic on the float. The moment those pyrotechnics explode outward, they become a mixture of rock and hard candy to be caught and collected by the crowds.

There may be a marching band behind the float, and a color guard leading it, but on the float performing is a special twist from the nexus. Along with those members of The Rock Hards, Fall Out Boy appeared atop the float, instruments already set up and plugged in. The float pulls into the rally point and parks in front of the greatest concentration of the crowds who showed up to meet their favorite fighters. A final concussive firing of the mortars in that animated creature's hands precedes a shout out by Lead Singer Patrick Stump. "My songs know what you did in the dark!"
