The Grounds of Bristle Crios
The Bristle Crios compound sits in the northern forest of RhyDin, directly north of the marketplace. Large wrought iron gates wedged between large boulder stone walls are always open for guests with good intentions. The stone walls seemingly disappear into the forests surrounding the grounds. A short distance up a wide cobblestone road takes you to the center circle of the Bristle Crios compound, where each of the main houses can be seen. Gardens abound by each of the houses. Fields of flowers and vegetables are cut by various small and great lakes across the acreage. Groves of fruit trees blend into the surrounding forests while a few flowering fruit trees dot the landscape providing quick and delicious nourishment for members walking the vast grounds.
Each main house is reserved for specific groups, though our guests and members are welcome to visit or live in any of the other houses. The houses provide great libraries of material based on the needs of its house members, though all are encouraged to read in the libraries of the other houses to learn more outside of your normal talents. Kitchens are always stocked with fresh food and drink, provided free to all on the grounds. It is a system of give and take. Take what you need, give what you can. Many of the harvested fruits and vegetables end up on the dinner table, so we are all grateful to those who tend the gardens. We kindly ask that each guest and member politely clean up after yourself in the kitchens and common rooms to ensure a sense of pride in our little community.
The houses hold more than enough space for any and all members and guests to stay comfortably. Each member or guest may have their own room, or share with family or friends. Private rooms come in a variety of options limited by your own imagination. There are small singles rooms without even a private bathroom. There are many large rooms with a small kitchette and private full bathroom. There are even suites available with several bedrooms or a study and full kitchens and several bathrooms. If your family grows, you are welcome to upgrade your personal private space in any way you deem fit. You may take up residence at any of the houses, despite a formal affiliation with a certain house. Members may also feel free to live off of the grounds if they so choose.
