Welcome to the Werewolf House

The Werewolf House, also known as the Wolf House, is one of the houses in the Coven Bristle Crios. Founded by Morgan Doyle after leaving Dublin, Ireland, Bristle Crios ensures a safe haven for everyone who maintains peace and protection within its grounds. People of all races, abilities, and backgrounds are welcome as members or guests of the Coven.

Werewolf House in Bristle Crios is assigned to lycanthropes, defined as human with the ability to shapeshift into a wolf or a wolf-like creature. If you may alter your appearance to mimic some or all animals as well as a wolf, you are also welcome to join Werewolf House.

Using natural themes, the house features many clustered rooms perfect for packs, or private isolated rooms for the lone wolves. The house is surrounded by thick forest with many trails. The back of the house contains the largest outdoor gym of the houses with tennis courts, swimming pool, soccer fields, running tracks, and other athletic spaces.

Members of the Werewolf House may tell their stories here.

Many members can tolerate the changing seasons of Rhy'din. However for members with specific needs or a new mother brooding over her litter, the indoor forest is wonderful. Taking up the whole back of the house and completely surrounded by glass, the vibrant and lush earth settles the most uneasy of nerves. Changing setting from a waterfall to a building being reclaimed by nature to mist filled hallow this will meet most members tastes.

Filled with night blooming flowers so even under the light of the moon, one will be greeted by beauty. Balmy breezes and a set temperature that never goes beyond 75 degrees Fahrenheit this is paradise.

Beyond the indoor garden is the sprawling hunting grounds. This section of land is used only by the members of this house. Any other member must gain permission or be guided by a member of werewolf house for safety reasons. A steady supply of wild game is released for a more natural hunting experience.

The terrain offers experienced hunters many challenges, while still giving the young pups a fighting chance for their first hunt. Please note that these ground are not for the faint of heart.

Deep in the depths of the house are isolation chambers. These are designed to help members with anger issues or those who prefer to be alone. Each have heavy wooden or metal doors depending on the personal nature of the member. Inside can be set to their wishes for the most relaxation or soothing a temper.

Ranging from expansive libraries filled to the rafters with the cherished treasure of personal collections to a boxer's most intense training room or for the worst of anger a padded cell. Hobbies are encouraged and to make note of detailed of woodworking is one.

Following scents...

Bones ached and flesh scabbed with too much travel, silver bristles caked by too many days of wondering in swampy lands for a scent she had been tracking for far too long. It smelled of her, the blood she knew protected yet was viewed as her most vulnerable weakness. A beast that didn't know her beginnings but tracked the scent because it might give her answers. Before long she stood before the house of stone covered in aged vines, prestige paved and the grounds kept to perfection. It could've been called home if she wasn't so wary. She only came for the scents and was offered so much more. Eventually Leorah took refuge in this castle of her own breed, sheltering those that wished an escape or a place to call as she always desired.

Leo had never been a natural born leader, not in fleshling form. But she was an impeccable size as a wolven and thus given high respect for assumption of having demon blood. She was worshiped once, in all the ways a woman wouldn't want but this commended her the Regal position she never knew to bare. She took this home and became the "mother hen" simply because if she had a past, others did too. If she needed a home and understanding, others would as well.

It never fails that you'll see the Brazilian wandering into town with some form of pastry in her mouth. She's a simple woman with absolutely no sense of high fashion preferring mostly leather boots, torn denim, and a white shirt to bring together her usual ensemble. Hair is always a wild mess of chocolate curls, either braided or left to their own devises falling freely to her mid back. She's a woman of maybe too much muscle, days of being a beast and in the fields of her village farming owing to the majority of it. She's a quiet breed but her curiosity leads most her endeavors and is her biggest flaw.

As a wolven, Leo stands at six feet on all fours. She appears to be the casual wolf, fur lined with black and dusted with silver. Eyes lined with onyx conceal multiple shades of blue hallowing to a ring of gold. A beast she may seem but purely an over sized dog is what she portrays. But never be fooled, a beast will always only be that.

She came because of her curiosity, because of the wolven scent. But never in her dreams would she declare a position of entitlement and take others beneath her wing.

Crowe strolled casually up the stone pavement, the rock cool on his feet with the brisk afternoon air blowing cooly into his black face, his eyes squinting from the cool air.

His sharp(ish) eyes could see the magnifisent stonework and masonry, the dark-green vines ensnaring the house like a horde of ravenous snakes. The black lupine looked down at the slightly torn, yellow paper that contained a once detailed picture of the house, now a rough smudge.

Evenually, after admiring the garden outside with his nose, the wolf pushed open the doors and instantly gazed dumbfounded at the architectual work around him. Beautiful paintings hung from the lobby walls as sturdy, oak furniture littered the sides, a selection of flowers adding to the wonder.

He was going to like it here he knew, as he gave a wide, wolfish grin.

Walking up the path towards the building, looking up at it, a little nervous sighing out the nervousness, trying to gather the feelings emanating from the building and the people with in it

She could feel her wolf stir in interest "*you like the feel of the others here huh?*"

Smiling to herself making a move, a bike helmet in her hand clad in black biker leathers with a red wolfs head motif on the back of the leathers, twin barettas hanging on her thighs.

Walking inside looking around thinking

Crowe rubber his paws nervously together, arms trembling as he was facing one of his countless fears...Public Speeches. The thought sent chills down his arched spine, tail stiffening at the end like a sword that really let itself go with the shaving.

I have no clue how I gained the position: one, I'm not even a werewolf (tried human once, odd, no tails) and secondly, I'm a half-crazed mad wolf whose suffered more injuries than all the weird sausages on human hands and feet (so...naked) so I'm likely classed as insane.

But here I am, and I couldn't say no at such a terrible time for all the Houses, with the leader dead and panick rolling in, the top dogs were gonna need the best they could find in these frightening times. That being a mad wolf, a powerful Demi-God (and personal brother despite lack if tail), Dev (who still scared the crap outta him sometimes) and the remaining few.

Well it's better than nothing and I'm keeping this in my new personal journal so I can laugh at my stupidity, bu if someone else is reading this...Bugger off! Well farewell journal and hullo terrifying public!

Gulping as he anxiously stretched his collar to let off some steam, he panted and waited and waited and...

"Hullo ladies, gentlemen and kin, I am Crowe Thorne, new Wolf House Leader, but please call me Crowe and none of that Sir bullsh*t please," smirking as he continued, picking the pace up, "I know times are rough now with fallen comrade but we must not let that bring us down! Would they be pleased when they look down and see a miserable group? No. They want us to celebrate their live and continue with what they wished for us all. A home."

Sighing as he scratched his muzzle, "I know many of you will be nervous with the break in and tradgic incident that followed you but I assure you are all safe here! Security has been buffed up though it was an isolated problem, not a new spree of anything else."

Clapping his hands firmly together, "To leave that behind us now...I'm honoured to be your new Leader here and I hope we have a good time together. If you have any problems, please visit me and I'll speak with you personally, you'll find me in the office it inn likely, thank you for listening!"

Hope it wasn't too much of a ramble...

The wolf is the focus of this crest not just for the name of the house, but what is symbolizes. The wolf is seen as free willed, strong and cunning in its actions. The spirit of unity and adaptation.
