A mound of wrapped presents are nestled in the back seat waiting to be taken to those less fortunate in the Rhy'din community. Always willing to lend a hand, Bristle Crios will be delivering these gifts to those in need just in time for Christmas. Any donation is welcome and greatly appreciated.

Snowball War Zone

Several large fields in the Southern Glen were covered with fresh snow. Scattered trees dotted the pure white landscape, covered in glistening ice. Piles of snowballs were ready to be thrown at an unsuspecting victim. Mounds of high snow drifts were perfect to hide from a stray snowball. A few handmade igloos were up, ready to protect from the cold elements and snowballs alike. Bright red and green flags were placed in various locations to denote territory zones for the snowball war. Teams Beware: Do not use the decorative snowmen interspersed among the snow drifts as location markers, as they have a tendency to drift themselves" and watch out for those stray snowballs that couldn't possibly have come from them.

Medical Tent

Not far from the War Zone, sits an old, green camouflaged army medical tent. Warmed blankets, extra coats, and winter gear are ready within. Unused winter wear and gear will be donated with the Gift Sleigh. A few medical students from the Bristle Crios Academy sit prepared for all bumps and bruises obtained on the fields of the War Zone. DJ Zazzy Yas has also taken residence in the tent with her sound equipment, naturally assuming the tent was put up for her, pumping out tunes from loudspeakers surrounding the tent. Yas's new obsession' Hanukkah! Here's a few fun tunes just in time for Hanukkah on December 8th: Adam Sandler: Hanukkah Song, Hanukkah Song Part 2, Hanukkah Song Part 3 The Maccabeats: Candlelight (Taio Cruz), Good Life (One Republic), Purim Song (Pink)

Roaring Bonfire

Like many celtic and Irish traditions, the bonfire is a powerful element in celebrations. It can be viewed as a way of cleansing in the healing, purifying flames, or a way of protection, as a beacon of light. Bonfires also symbolizes a sense of community, how one fuel can feed the flames to create a massive, burning symbol of hope. A short distance away from the tents, the large bonfire sits with old wooden chairs and benches with warm cushions. Tables are laid out with snacks for the fighter just off the battlefield nearby.

Heat"N"Eat Treats

Pick up some marshmallows, hot dogs, roasted bananas, smores, and an assortment of other goodies in bowls and on plates on the buffet tables by the nearby bonfire. Grab a roasting fork and make your snack to order with our varied condiments and toppings. Need something a little heartier to win the war? Grab a fork for your foil-wrapped loaded baked potato or try a buttery roasted corn on the cob on a stick. Popcorn kettles bursting with sweet buttery popcorn will be popping, so grab some bags and munch all night.
