I suppose it would be helpful to do the same for Roran:

1) He is roughly seven feet tall, and pretty sturdy. His race are generally built powerfully, depending on the Clan they belong to. Roran is an offspring of both the Grey and Black clans - he looks mostly like the Greys, though his fur is more steel coloured than grey, but he has a slightly more robust physique thanks to his father's heritage.

2) The A'Taran race can speak Common very well. Depending on their degree of familiarity with hoomans and other races, some are better at it than others. Roran is a scholar and has quite a relaxed and friendly attitude towards other races, so he's put a lot of effort into being able to speak clearly in Common. He still has that growly timber to his voice, and tends to roll r's, as well as more siblant s-sounds. Also, O and U sounds tend to be drawn out - yoooouuuu know what I mean?

3) Roran is rarely found without a book in his hands. Despite his rather fearsome appearance, he's a scholar and a bookworm, and loves to read. He also has a pair of gold pince-nez that he often clips to the upper side of his muzzle (since glasses don't work so well for him.)

4) His name is pronounced just like you'd think: Roar-in.

5) His sense of hearing is extremely keen, second only to the A'Taran sense of smell. Chances are he can tell you what you had for breakfast, for the past week, how healthy you are, a good bit about your emotional state, and more. Doesn't mean he will, he does have manners after all.

6) As mentioned, he's a very kind soul, and an academic. That said, he loves Wyheree, and as an A'Taran he is capable of inflicting rather horrific amounts of damage to someone who threatens her. Those claws aren't just for show, and they look like they could rend metal. It's a good bet that they can.
