Hoth System...

The heavily modified Venator Class Star Destroyer, Black Tears, was in orbit of the planet Jhas. Three EF76 Nebulon-B Frigates flanked the Venator, while dozens of upgraded Munificent class Frigates and CR90 Corvettes were spread out more so to cover best of not only the Venator class Star Destroyer, but that of her main escorts, the Nebulon-B Frigates.

A coded transmission had been received to meet with a New Republic Admiral upon the Hoth System. They had been waiting, for nearly twenty-seven hours.

Exiting hyperspace came three Mon Calamari MC80 Star Cruisers, along with multiple escort ships of their own.

"This is Admiral Gilduss, of the Mon Calamari Star Cruiser 'Serenity' to The Black Tears. Respond."

Munificent frigates, started to shift in space. Moving to further protect the upgraded Venator Star Destroyer of old. Several minutes would go by before a visual came through to the Mon Calamari ship from the Black Tears.

"This is Admiral Mordred Anubis, so kind of you to finally arrive." Mordred lightly ran his finger tips downward from his black mustache over that of his matching goatee, before his hand lifted to run back against his cleanly shaven head. "I hate waiting, Admiral." Commented Mordred as from Gilduss' stree, it seemed Mordred was lifting some sort of tall bottle to his lips for a drink. "Yes, well, it could not be avoided. Some Imperial Remnant troops tried to ambush a supply depot." Spoke the darker skinned Mon Calamari officer from his bridge. "You called me, Gilduss. So, unless it's crazy, ambitious and delusional, it's not worth our time." Smiled Mordred, oh so sweetly.

"You've worked for the New Republic before, doing Privateer work. I have authorization to hire you again for a dangerous job." Mordred perked a slender dark brow at the screen on board his ship. "Triple the fee, this time." Spoke Mordred. Gilduss shifted some in his command chair on board his cruiser. "Done."

Mordred shifted some at the screen on board his ship. That slender dark brow, was held in arch. "You didn't even try to work my price down this time. Must be something pretty important you want me to do for you and the New Republic, Gilduss."

Gilduss nodded slightly at Mordred through the communications display. "It is. There was a peace envoy that was attacked, slaughtered more like it by Imperial Remnant forces. We have word through our spies, that the target was a Rear Admiral heading to the conference. We want her back safe and sound, Mordred."

A bottle of something moved into the view of the screen as Mordred took a long drink before lowering of the bottle off to the side. "Her?" He simply said. Gilduss nodded some what from the bridge of his ship at the view screen. "Yes. Rear Admiral Lexia Swiss."

That dark brow of Mordred's perked again. "The last time I heard from, Lexia, she was in command of a Capitol ship." Gilduss nodded once more. "Yes, she was. Her ship was needed in a recent strike against a shipyard. Instead of waiting, she insisted on going to the conference on board a CR90 Corvette. We fear the Imperials might wish to gain what she knows of our fleets and orbital installations we have spread out in various systems." Mordred nodded to his lightly. "So, you need me to dash in and rescue the damsel in distress from the evil clutches of the Imperial Remnant wampas." Gilduss blinked his eyes, but would give a firm nod of his head. "Not how I would put it, but yes."

Mordred nodded toward the communication screen. "Okay, sound like fun!" His hand then moved to take up a pair of dark pants from a droid coming close to him then. Gilduss blinked his eyes at either side of his head again. "Mordred" Were you not wearing pants this entire time during our conversation?" Mordred looked back at the screen. "Of course I wasn't. You took too long getting here, so I had this droid wash my clothes. Do you have any idea of amazing feeling of walking around your quarters with only a shirt on' I'll admit, I did turn up the temperature a little." Gilduss blinked again, then again. Mordred gave a smile and a little wave. "All right, transfer over all information you have and we'll be off soon to find your missing Admiral." As the communication screen went blank, Gilduss shook his head. "That man, is strangely odd."

Undisclosed System...

Mordred Anubis was sitting in a briefing room on board his Flagship 'The Black Tears' with his three Nebulon-B Captains. The mean provided was that of seafood. Mordred was working a rather large piece of shrimp away from the tail piece and proceeded to dip of the savory treat to a bowl of warm melted butter.

Captain Olga Ashuda lowered her glass some in her hand as she looked over at Mordred. "So we are to risk our lives for possibly one person?" "Mhmm." Came from Mordred as his eyes were half closed, quite enjoying the shrimp he was chewing on quietly. The green skinned Twi'lek, Captain Daluna, smiled over at Mordred. When the man liked a meal, it showed. Green fingertips reached over to a platter to snag a sausage like link and dip it into a honey sauce. Captain Emilia Belle, couldn't help but smile as she lowered her utensil down to her plate. "I had seven of our Munificent Frigates spread out and use their updated, advanced communications arrays to try and hack into any Imperial communication traffic. For something as big as kidnapping a New Republic Admiral, they aren't keeping things too hush. Perhaps they have grown stupid in their lack of control with recent events. Captain Lemerich, is as misplaced as his pride of being an Imperial Officer. A transmission was caught about him bragging to an Imperial Admiral about how he single handed captured a New Republic Admiral."

Mordred gave a nod of his head over at Emilia from his chair at the table. Shifting back slightly in it's comfort of cushions. "He has always been cocky, over confident and I don't think the man knows how to smile. I mean honestly, who doesn't know how to smile" What else did you find out?" Emilia continued. "From an Imperial spy of ours, I learned that the New Republic Admiral is to be transferred over to one Imperial Admiral Krenson. I'm stilling waiting for information on where the transfer is to take place." Mordred reached for his glass upon the large table of smooth dark wood. "Ben Krenson' Hm, so they let him become an Admiral. Yup, I was right. Imperials are idiots. That man can smile, but it always makes him look so much of a twit. He's like a child who has no idea what to do with the power they've been given. Well, when lack of information trickles down, one must venture to places where information can be acquired." Captain Olga Ashuda lifted a slender brown brow over at Mordred from her place at the table. "You want to go to Tatooine" It's so dry there." Mordred looked over at Olga. Despite her name, she was quite beautiful with her long brown locks of hair past her shoulders and those pretty eyes of hers. "We'll there is still a decent amount of information that flows through that planet's two cities there. Besides, it can be an excuse for me to get off this ship for a while and stretch my legs." That devious smile perked Mordred's lips. "I'll get a few together here and we'll take one of the shuttles. You three, are to divide the fleet up and proceed to three separate systems to wait. If you find out more information, just send a coded transmission to the shuttle."

"Take Baker with you." Spoke Emilia as she lifted her metallic mug for a slow drink. Mordred looked along the table over at Emilia. "All right, I'll take him along. Hopefully he doesn't gather too much attention by shooting someone this time."

The ride to Tatooine wasn't too bad. The usual space lanes were mostly avoided as to not run by anyone who might cause them trouble in route to their destination. With the shuttle landed in a bay at Mos Eisley, Mordred drew up the dark hood of his cloak to cover his facial features. Stepping down the lowered lamp, several of his crew followed in behind him.

Nick Leatro. He wore a custom fedora with a small built in communication device by his right ear. A leather button sleeveless vest and tan pants with his boots. Custom blaster pistols laid to each of his hips. The man was young, possibly only in his late twenties and he had become quite the gunslinger. Often accompanying Mordred as escort, Nick quite enjoyed a fire fight. The spunky and free spirit Nebula, a blue skinned Twi'lek followed down the ramp after Nick. She was a fun loving, adrenaline junkie. If she wasn't piloting a shuttle, star-fighter, or blowing something up, she wasn't truly happy. A variety of grenades were at her waist belt, along with her DL-44 heavy blaster pistol in a leather holster at her right thigh. She could be serious, but in those times Mordred poked fun at her, saying she wasn't any fun then. Of course Baker was brought along as well. Baker, as Mordred had named him upon winning the droid in a game, was a heavily modified Protocol Droid. He still had his faded golden coloring to his frame and could translate nearly a thousand languages, but that's where the protocol droid ended. Refitted with better systems in the arms and legs, gave Baker a better range of movement. Though he couldn't run, the droid was able to walk pretty fast if he needed to. Long range communication systems were added with a a small device at the right side of his head. His right eye socket, was enlarged and a red eye with targeting sensors was installed. His left eye socket was replaced with three small detection sensors for various lighting conditions and thermal tracking. Upon each of the droid's arms were mounted gauntlets with mini missile launchers. Similar to those carried at times by some Mandalorians. A left thigh holster held a heavy blaster pistol and a back mount allowed the droid to carry a larger blaster rifle. Not very talkative, but priceless when things went from bad to worse.

Mordred gave a look over at the Droid following behind him and the other two. "Baker, wait outside the hanger bay here. Tap into the local holonet and find me some possible shuttles for 'acquiring' at a later time." Moving out of the docking hanger and further into the spaceport, Mordred and the other two proceeded for a section of market. The usual were there. Some actually selling food, while others were trying to sell spare parts to fighters, freighters and even shuttle craft. Most, over priced.

"A man could make a fortune here selling parts to freighter Captains." Spoke Nick as he glanced over a few tables with items in their passing by. "You already have a fortune, Nick." Smirked the blue skinned Twi'lek, Nebula. Nick perked a grin and ran a hand over his light beard. "True that." Mordred's smirk played his lips. "I told you, stick with me and you won't ever be bored or out of money."

Slowing in booted step and then giving pause with a glance about a few local establishments. "Cantina on the right side of the street, or the left?" Asked Mordred to the two with him. Nick gave a look between the two. "One on the right looks more seedy. Probably better for finding information." Mordred gave a light nod of his hooded head. "Nick, take a lean. Nebula, with me." Nick moved to take a lean against the out side of the building while Nebula moved inside with Mordred. Mordred had discovered long ago, that sometimes having a female with you helped in negotiations.

Nick lifted a hand upwards to the side of his fedora. The tiny ear pierce lowered down to his ear and an even smaller two inch mini antenna lifted a little at the right side of his hat. His eyes scanned the streets from below the brim of that hat in turn. Right hand tapped idly upon the butt of a blaster pistol with in it's holster.

"Nick." Came Baker's voice through the communication device in Nick's ear. "Yeah Baker, what?s up?" "Nick I have found seven craft that are prime for the taking, however I think we should acquire more ships another time and not this visit to Tatooine." Nick's eyes were still watchful of the streets outside the cantina. "Yeah, why is that Baker?" "I hacked into a freighter's communications array that is in another docking bay here on the spaceport and have identified several ships in orbit of the planet." "Okay, well this is a hub for business, Baker. People do travel here you know." "Yes, they do, Nick." Replied Baker over the communication system. "However, I have located a Nebulon-B Frigate in orbit that the Admiral might wish to know about. I've detected The Ransom." Nick perked a brow and shifted in his lean outside the cantina. "Oh hell. Monger is somewhere here. Baker relay that bit of information back to our wonderful pilot on the shuttle and stand by. If he shows up, things could get real interesting." Commented Nick. "Understood." Simply came the reply from Baker.

Meanwhile, inside the cantina...

At a side booth, sat Mordred and Nebula with a man across from them. The man had long hair past his shoulders and a scruffy beard of dark brown. He was enjoying the drink Mordred had purchased for him at the bar. "You are getting rusty. You used to have knowledge of everything coming and going around here." Spoke Mordred in a low tone. The man lowered his tall drink and nodded slowly over the table. "I'm sorry, I just, I don't have my contacts like I used to. An Imperial group came through this way the other week and after a couple friends of mine gave some information to a Commander from their ship, he had them shot. I can tell you that Torro is moving some heavy munitions with in the next month. Oh and that Zerune struck a deal with some Imperial Remnants for supplies to a station they have some where." Mordred's lips shifted slowly against one another. Dark eyes narrowed across the table at the man. "That's lovely, however, I am not here to pester those two Pirates at the moment. I am here to acquire information about an Admiral being transferred. Have you, or have you not heard talk of a New Republic Admiral being captured?" The man shifted uneasy in his seat. Glancing out from the booth and then back. "Yeah, yeah I have. I heard the ship she was on didn't stand much of a chance to fend off the Imperials when they showed up. You'd think the Republic would give an Admiral a decently armed ship." Reaching into a pocket and then pulling out a small device to slide across the table toward Mordred. "Thing about some Stormtroopers, they talk too much when bored on guard duty. You have a nice girl distract them and boom. A tracking device can be attached to their shuttle. That's the frequency of the device on the shuttle. You should be able to locate where they went. I mean, granted they didn't go too far out of the galaxy or something wild like that. Oh and you should know, that Hutt you pissed off a while back" He's hired a few to kill you and bring your head back to him." Mordred nodded his head slowly, as he pocketed the device from the table. "What am I looking at?" He'd inquire. The man across from him at the table lifted his drink once more but gave pause to respond. "A group of Trandoshan Pirates took up the bounty, along with a certain Twi'lek Pirate upset with you." Mordred glanced aside at Nebula and then back at the man. "Kug'disu. Here I thought that Twi'lek was long gone." The man had taken a drink then from his glass and lowered with a nod of his head. "Yeah, well he's alive and looking to collect your bounty. You should know he's acquired five more dreadnaught class heavy cruisers and had them upgraded. Word is he has eleven now in his little fleet and two or three DP20 Frigates as main escorts to his personal ship." Mordred simply nodded. "Does he still think he's important like a Senator?" Inquired Nebula with a little smile on her blue lips. The man gave a nod over at her. "Yes, he does. Though he's far from it. All said and done" He's just another pirate of the space lanes. Though you wouldn't think so with that modified minstrel class space yacht of his. I hear he holds lavish parties on board it at times. Showing off like some big stuff shot. Word about the spaceport is that Vord the Hutt gave him the bounty on your head first." "Well, he is still quite angry with me." Spoke Mordred. "Vord wasn't born with that robotic left arm you know." The man across from Mordred at the table lifted a brow then chuckled lightly. "You were the one that did that' No wonder he hates you." Mordred gave a nod of his head. "And I might be responsible for the missing finger on his right hand." The man nodded with a grin at his lips now. "Well, I'm glad I ain't in your boots. I have a lead on some weapons passing through port here next month if you're interested." "I'll get back to you on that, or if I don't, I'll see you next time I am this way." With that, Mordred slid up from the booth and Nebula soon moved out after him in turn. The man watched them move for the exit of the cantina. More so watching Nebula's behind in her seemingly tight pants.

"About time you two. Did we get the information we need?" Asked Nick as he spotted Mordred and Nebula exiting the cantina. "Mostly, but we'll have to do some work ourselves." Commented Mordred. Nick pushed off from his lean against the building. "Great. Not that it should matter, Boss, but Monger's ship is in orbit." Nick would offer. Mordred gave a light shake of his head. "That man is a royal pain. I should have killed him last year on Coruscant when I had the chance." Muttered Mordred as the three of them started to walk back up the street. "I have another spot I want to stop at to see if I can acquire further information." Spoke Mordred before giving a pause in his step. Nick and Nebula in turn stopped walking at his sides and glanced at him, then about them. "What is it?" Asked Nick. His fingertips tickling the blaster pistols in their holsters. "Monger." Mordred simply said in a low tone of voice.

Down the street was that of Jordan Monger. Thin blue flight suit and light gray chest armor piece. The dark skinned man had short dreadlocks and a very light beard. Following him were several hired mercenaries.

"Perhaps we should cut our visit here short?" Inquired the blue skinned Twi'lek Nebula at Mordred's right side. Nick smiled. "Hey, he hasn't seen us yet. We're good, no worries." "Anubis!!!" Came the shout from down the street. Nick rolled his eyes. "Oh well, so much for that." Drawing both his blaster pistols from their holsters at his sides and opening fire. Striking down two of the mercenaries with Monger before they knew what hit them. "Time for some party poppers!" Shouted Nebula, pulling free two small grenades from her belt and with a click of a couple buttons, she tossed them down the street. Exploding in a ball of heavy smoke and offering cover for them, Mordred, Nick and Nebula turned and ran toward the direction of the docking bays as blaster fire erupted from the other side of the smoke clouds due to the special grenades. "Get him!" Was heard in their wake as Nick activated his communication system again. "Baker, we're heading back and we have unwanted company."

Mordred slid a communicator from his belt to lift and speak into. "Pilot, time to go. Need a quick depart from the spaceport." "Copy that!" Came a reply from the pilot on board the shuttle at docking bay 92.

In full sprint were half a dozen mercenaries hot on their tracks. That is, until a wiz of something flew by Mordred and the other two to impact to the ground less than a meter in front of the mercenaries. The mini rocket exploded and sent three of the mercs flying this way and that. Blaster fire from a heavy blaster rifle then impacted another mercenary trying to find cover. Baker's targeting system was fully active and the man was cut down before he could get behind a parked land speeder. With Baker covering their 'exit' using his heavy blaster rifle, the three ran for that ramp of the shuttle. Backing in step, Baker kept a steady stream of weapons fire on the new group of mercenaries coming from the other end of the street before ducking into the hanger bay and heading for the shuttle.

With the droid moving up the ramp, it lifted into the shuttle and a few seconds later the craft was lifting upwards and turning to engage it's main engines and head for space as the shuttle sped up. "Attention all passengers please grab a seat and hold the hell on. This is a non smoking flight and do be sure to put all weapons in the proper holsters as to not have any accidents on board. We thank you for flying the unfriendly skies and hope you will fly with us again." Nebula laughed hearing the pilot, Ana, short for Anastasya. Or as most knew her by, Mordred's daughter.

The young brunette with long hair nearly to her waist was smiling as she broke orbit with the shuttle and prepared to enter hyperspace. Her pants were dark, tight and her white button shirt was hardly down to her belly button. A light leather vest was worn over the shirt and of course like her father, Ana had a DL-44 heavy blaster pistol at her side. Her hands moved over the controls to the shuttle, about to enter hyperspace when the ship was rocked by turbo-laser fire. "Son of a biscuit maker! That'll leave a mark on the hull." Ana put the shuttle into a twist and dive to avoid further fire from the CR90 Corvette firing upon them. No doubt the Corvette was one of Monger's ships from his small pirate fleet. The Nebulon-B Frigate wouldn't be too far behind no doubt.

"Ana, I think it's time to go home." Spoke Mordred as he took the co-pilot's seat in the shuttle. As the Corvette closed in, it was suddenly rocked by repeated turbo-laser fire impacting to the ship's port side. A voice could be heard over the open communication channel. "Oh no you did not just shoot at my brother! Wooooo! I am going to make you hurt! And not in a good way! Woooooo!" A DP20 Frigate moved in quick, firing at the Corvette pursuing the shuttle. With eight double turbo-laser cannons, six quad laser cannons and four concussion missile tubes, the DP20 Frigate had the Corvette out matched easily. The grey with red stripe Frigate hammered away at the Corvette, forcing it to pull back and return to orbit of the planet for now until it had back up.

Over the communication system came a voice, kind of squeaky. "Mordred I know you are okay over there" Right' I cannot believe they went and picked on my brother. Oh that makes me so angry! Wooooo!" Ana smiled and laughed as she spoke. "Nice to see you, Uncle Albert." "Ohhhhhh! Anastasya! Girl how are you doing" Keeping your father out of trouble" And you know you are the only one that can call me by my middle name. Because you're all cute and stuff." "Good to hear your voice." Mordred would reply over the communication system. "Mordred!!!!! Bantha balls how are you?"" I have missed my brother!!!" "I can hear it." Commented Mordred back over the comm system. "Wanna get a little wild and crazy?" "Oh you know I do!" Spoke Mordred's brother over the comm system. "I'll have Ana send you where we are heading, follow us and I'll fill you in once we arrive, Mordred out."

The two ships came about and than made the jump to light speed, just as Monger's Nebulon-B Frigate with four Corvette's came into range. "I will find that man and I am going to collect on his bounty." Muttered Mongrel on the bridge of his ship.

Mordred Anubis

The shuttle and the Frigate had arrived safely back at the meeting point with Mordred's fleet. The next course of action in locating where the Imperial's were holding a certain New Republic Admiral, would be followed up on soon enough. For now however, it was time for a party. To help keep the mood of his crew up, Mordred insisted on weekly or bi-weekly parties. He also encouraged the Captains of the other ships in his fleet to do the same. Just not to set up a time for a party during engagements of course. Bad timing that would be.

The communication system came to life on board the heavily modified Venator class ship, Black Tears. "Greetings crew of The Black Tears! It is I, Mordred Anubis! We will be undergoing a very important mission coming up soon, but first, it's party night here on The Black Tears! Droids have been designated to monitor your areas so you can join in on the drinking, eating and of course the music for dancing! If you don't show up, you better have a damn good reason! If you are concerned about getting 'too' wild tonight, stop off in the medical bay before arriving to the party. Though sex is allowed of course on board, please, I say, please, take it to a room! I don't want to hear that a Z-95 Headhunter star-fighter was being used for your....recreational activities. No sex allowed in the main hanger bay. Oh and ladies, please remember that the astro droids are not on board this ship for you to hang your undergarments over while you're busy 'having fun' tonight. With a recent arrival of fresh food and the fixings for some amazing drinks, it will be a wonderful party!"

Nearly a half hour later, a heavily modified Consular Class Frigate exited hyperspace near the Fleet and would contact the flagship.

"Black Tears, this is Viper." Spoke the female voice upon the Frigate. "Permission to come home." A fingertip would engage a button at the communication station on board the Black Tears. "Black Tears to Viper, welcome home my daughter." Mordred's lips proceeded into a smile, while his daughter Mila would smile in turn upon her own ship. "Ventral docking bay is clear, proceed on in. Just in time too. Tonight there is to be a party on board. I hope to see you and your husband attending tonight." Mila turned a glance in the cockpit of her ship, over at her husband, Caine. "We wouldn't miss it for the galaxy, Dad."

Mordred Anubis

Music was blaring in the large room converted for big gatherings. Tables were set up in a line like a buffet, holding plenty of food. It seemed a never ending bounty of a feast as droids would bring out more food when platters ran empty. Dozens of tables and chairs had been set up to eat at and socialize. Six bars, three on the left and three on the right, were set up for serving drinks of all types. Of course Hot Chocolate was at the ready for those wishing of the unique drink. It had become a favorite of not only Mordred's, but also of the Wookiees on board.

"Sis'!" Shouted Ana Anubis as she caught sight of her older sister entering the party. Mila perked a smile at her lips and would wrap Ana in a big warm hug. "Damn, Ana. Did you grow since last I've seen you? I swear you're two inches taller than me." Ana grinned at her sister and stood tall as if to show off a little. "I'm not even wearing my big boots, Mila. Looks like you're gonna have to look up, to your little sister in the future." Mila laughed a little as Ana was swept up into the arms of Mila's husband, Caine. Who was taller then both of them. "Still shorter than me, sister in law." Caine smirked before putting Ana back to the flooring to stand. "Ana, do you know where dad is?" Inquired Mila. Ana laughed a little with a nod of her head. "Yeah, I do." She turned a little to point out with her left hand an area of the flooring put aside for dancing. "He's over there, dancing with you know who." Mila and Caine looked into the direction Ana was pointing. Sure enough, there was Mordred and he was dancing with Captain Emilia Belle. No doubt she had come for the party, from her Nebulon-B Frigate upon the fleet.

"Your father sure knows how to pick them." Spoke Caine with a grin spreading across his light brown mustache and goatee. Caine's species was from the Outer Rim and few knew of the exact system or planet. The top of his ears had a point to them and he had four teeth in his mouth that could only be described as K-9 in look. His culture was said to be all to familiar with military training and tactics. Some of his species ventured out among the stars and various systems as bounty hunters due to their amazing tracking abilities. Heightened sense of hearing, smell, taste and strength allowed his species to become amazing soldiers and in some cases, bodyguards.

Mila smiled gently as she watched her father dancing with Captain Belle. "Those two need to get back together." She said quietly. "Our father has been with a few women over time, but he always had a soft spot for Emilia." Ana smiled and gave a nod of her head, long locks of her medium brown hair cascaded against her back with the motion. "Yeah. She's his weak point, no doubt. I honestly think he smiles deeper when she's on board. Though I think the same can be said about her as well, as far as smiling goes."

Emilia was spun around twice before Mordred brought her back in for a quick little two step in their dancing on the dance floor. "Is this a new dress you are wearing" I have to admit you look rather savory with in it." Spoke Mordred as he twirled Emilia once, twice and a third time before side stepping out to the side with her. Emilia smirked upwards from her shorter height at Mordred. "You have seen me in this black dress more than a few times, Mordred." "Indeed." His smile was contagious and Emilia found herself smiling as bright as Mordred seemed to be. "Is the slit by the leg new?" Inquired Mordred as he dipped Emilia back in a step. "Allows for a bit more movement, when dancing. Like it?" Emilia smiled more deviously at Mordred as he held her in that dip for a moment longer. "Quite." Came Mordred's reply before bringing her back up and into another light spin to the side and then right into a few twirls before his hands shifted her out in front of him in a turn, causing his arms to cross around her at the waist in their slowing of the dance steps. Emilia's hair wasn't up in it's usual pony tail. Dark brown strands of hair curled just past her shoulders. A little reflection now and then of the little diamond earrings at her ears. The black dress had a v-cut neckline but the dress kept things hidden respectively. Emilia could flirt, but she never went over board with outfits that were too revealing. She had, had a few lovers before meeting Mordred years ago. Though it was rumored that Emilia had not sought out anyone since meeting Mordred to fill the role of a companion. In fact, Emilia was said to know more of Mordred's secrets than even some of his grown children. The song came to a close finally and a pause would be had before the next song would be played for people to continue dancing. Mordred's arms were still around Emilia from where he stood behind her. Her hands slid against his arms gently, turning her head back and to the side to look upwards at him. Her eyes met Mordred's deepen smile down at her and slowly his head would lower to brush of his lips warmly against her own.

Caine and Mila were at one of the side bars, acquiring their drinks when Mila was picked up by a rather tall Wookiee. "Ack! Oh! Hi Chentocca!" Mila laughed as Caine smirked watching the tall Wookiee of dark brown coloring give a warm hug to Mila before putting her back down. One of the few that had been around Mordred for decades, Chentocca had become a battle hardened Wookiee Warrior long ago during the Clone Wars. His usual attire of a waist belt with a bounty of weapons and his two curving leather belts that went around his shoulder to his other side were not worn tonight. The sword usually at his back and that of the large blaster pistol and bowcaster weapon weren't about him either. It was party night on board the ship and he did his best to tone it down from his usual Warrior ways. "Still following my father about the stars?" Smiled Mila upwards at the Wookiee. A few sounds that can only be described as bear like, came from the Wookiee of old. "I think he's trying to say the meat platters on the tables are delicious and we need to have some of the hot chocolate." Smiled Caine with a nod toward Chentocca. Mila seemed all smiles tonight. "My father asks for the best and he gives the best in return. No doubt the food tables are amazing and yes, I promise to have some hot chocolate before the party is over, Chentocca." The Wookiee gave a nod of his furry head, a few braids of hair shifting at his shoulders with the motion. Lifting a large hand to tease Mila's hair in a little mess up. "Hey now!" Smirked Mila, reaching to smooth her hair once more. Chentocca gave a nod of his head to Caine, holding respect for the man and considering him a worthy Warrior having spent many missions of the past working along side him. Before Caine and Mila were married that is.

As Chentocca headed over for the meat tables set up, Mila would hear her name called out in almost a sing song voice. "Miiiiiiiiiiilllllllllllllllllllaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aa! Wooooooo!" Mila and Caine turned to see a slightly dark skinned man with curly jet black hair in black silk pants and a white ruffled shirt heading their way. "Uncle Albert!" Shouted Mila as Prince Albert Anubis strode over and wrapped his niece in a warm hug. "Oh damn girl let me look at you." He stepped back and tapped a fingertip at his chin. "Mmm hmm, girl you are looking gooooooood! You been working out?" Uncle Albert looked over at Caine. "You keeping my niece safe out there?" Caine gave a nod with a perking smirk at his lips. "Yeah, I'm keeping her safe." "Oh good!" Said Uncle Albert, as he reached over to give one of Caine's upper arms a squeeze. "oh honey, you picked a good man. I bet he could lift a star-fighter baby!" Mila and Caine laughed a little. "Oh damn, it feels soooooooooooooo good having the family here together! Well, most of us. You two better get out there for a little dancing. You are a happily married couple and people want to see that out on the dance floor. I spotted an engineer over at a table and I think he's flying 'my' kind of flag!" Moving to give Mila a warm hug and then Caine in turn, leaning to Mila after hugging Caine. "Niece of mine, you best keep this man. He's so...hunky and mmm mmm strong feeling." Mila laughed out loud and nodded. "Oh, I will Uncle Albert. He's a keeper." She gave a wink up at Caine who was smirking back at her. "All right, Uncle is out...catch you two later!" And off he went. Heading for that table where one of the engineers were sitting.

It was then, that Mordred would wrap Caine in a big hug and give the man a pat on the back before releasing. "Caine! So good to see of you my wild friend and Mila!" Wrapping her up in a warm hug in turn, though perhaps lingering a bit longer before letting her free. "Caine, I am sorry...but I am going to take this beauty from you for a dance or two. Not to fear, I will return her back to your graces soon after!" Caine nodded with a bit of a laugh. "No worries, Mordred. Go tear up the floor with her a bit." Mila gave Caine a smile and a wink before she found herself being pulled along by her father's hand for the large seemingly marbled dance floor.

A little spin of Mila as Mordred's hand lifted with her own before sliding his other hand to her side as the two fell into step with the current song playing over the sound system from the ceiling above. "My daughter, is that a BlasTech A180 at your lower back, or are you just happy to see me?" Inquired Mordred to his daughter as his dark mustache and matching goatee perked a smirk at her. Mila grinned a little at her father. "You taught me well, dad. Never go anywhere, with out a weapon or two. Even if you are heading to what should be a peaceful gathering." "Excellent." Said Mordred as he twirled his daughter once, twice and then back into his arms for a little side stepping. "Taking good care of my ship?" Mila narrowed her eyes up at her father, all be it playfully. "She's my ship. You gifted her to me, dad. Of course I'm taking good care of the Viper. I have many found memories of us traveling upon her when I was a kid growing up you know. I still remember the look on that one pilot's face when you let me try flying it that day above Tatooine." Mordred perked a slender dark brow and then laughed gently recalling that day. "Oh yes! I honestly thought I was going to have to call the medical droid up the cockpit for him. Specially when you turned into the path of that freighter coming up from the planet." "Hey, I missed the freighter!" Mila laughed as Mordred gave a nod of his clean shaven head. "True, but I think you made that freighter's captain soil himself at that close call." Mila laughed with her father as she shook her head.

"Caine, long time no see." Came the voice of Emilia Belle, giving the taller man a hug before moving to sit at a stool by the bar where he was. "Miss Belle, always good to see you. How have you been?" Emilia ordered up a drink from the droid behind the bar and gave a smile at Caine. "I've been good. Traded up my Corvette for a Nebulon-B Frigate little while back when one came up for grabs. Though truthfully I think Mordred stole it with the idea to give it to me." Caine smiled with her and nodded. "Yeah, well, he's always had a soft spot for you, Emilia. Though I think you already know that." Emilia took a quiet sip of her drink before lowering it in her hands. Smiling over at Caine. "Yes. I think I've known that for a long time, Caine. Mordred certainly is unique. Some have called him crazy over time, but he's just different in how he thinks. Present company excluded of course, I don't think there's a man among the stars as brilliant and strong as Mordred." Caine smiled a bit. "No offense taken and I would have to agree with you, Emilia. I was a young Lieutenant when I signed on with him long ago. I can certainly say it never was boring traveling with Mordred. I think his daughter Mila has that from her father as well." Emilia looked at Caine and then laughed gently. "She is a tough one, like most of his grown children." "Don't let her know, but I think she can fly better than I can sometimes." Smirked Caine. Emilia laughed again and shook her head lightly. "Oh' Well, no worries. I won't say a word to her." Caine smiled after taking a drink from his tall mug. "They all take after their father." Commented Caine. Turning her drink in her hands, Emilia would nod gently. "Yes. They do. Which is why I worry at times over them all. Not all of them have become what their father was, but that doesn't mean some bantha-ass won't come looking for them. Caine, I was so happy when you and Mila were married. I knew you would help to keep her safe." "She's like her father." Caine said. "Tough and sometimes I'm not sure she needs my help. Though I stand by her through and through in everything we face. My life changed when we started to see each other. Being married to her is beyond words sometimes." Emilia glanced over at the dance floor area and in turn caught sight of Mordred dancing with his daughter Mila. "It's love, Caine. It's simply called love when you feel that way about someone." Caine looked off toward where Emilia was looking. A slow smile perked his lips. "He always loved you, Emilia. I bet if you ask him now, he'd say it was still true." Emilia's smile grew wider, turning her head aside toward Caine. "I know. I've always known. I think that is why I needed to acquire my own ship those years ago. He wouldn't get anything done on board this ship if I stayed here. Being a ship among his fleet, I can keep close but allow him his privacy too." Caine grinned again. "I'm pretty sure he would be okay with you disturbing his privacy once in a while, Emilia."

"You two need to be either eating or dancing!" Came Mordred's voice suddenly as he and his daughter Mila were walking their direction. Caine and Emilia chuckled gently. "You and Mila need to grab something to eat but first, you both need to get to dancing on that dance floor and I don't want to hear a no." Smiling between the two of them, Caine set his drink back down on the bar after another healthy drink was taken from the tall mug and reached to take Mila's hand. "Well, if we have to dance. Okay." Smirking all the way, Caine headed off with Mila for that dance floor as she gave Emilia and her father a little wave.

A sigh came from Mordred, watching them head off for some dancing. Emilia turned toward him with a slight smile at her lips. "It is good to see them again, yes?" Mordred would nod to this simple fact. "Yes." He said. "I've missed seeing them both. Caine was my second in command for so long, the bridge isn't the same with out him. Though, I am happy for him and Mila being together." Emilia glanced over at the dance floor. Caine and Mila were dancing about the floor with smiles and some laughter. "They are a good match, Mordred. I was just telling Caine about how happy I was the day they were married. They complete each other. I haven't seen that kind of love in a while." Mordred turned aside at Emilia. "I recall a special love like theirs." Emilia turned her head toward Mordred. "And does that special love, still exist?" Mordred leaned in closer toward Emilia at the bar. "It does. Always has, always will." Emilia tried to avoid it, but she couldn't help the smile that perked her lips. "I should get back to my ship you know." Mordred would give a nod of his shaven head. "True, but I don't see what one more drink could hurt?" Emilia's smile was still at her lips. A tap of her fingertips against the bar. "Well, I don't see any problem with one more drink, Mordred."

Mordred's lips slowly played into a smirk.

Mordred's communicator beeped in his quarters on board his flagship. Then again and again and again before he grumbled and rolled over in the large bed to fumble until he found and grabbed it from the mess on the night stand.

"Are we under attack?" Inquired Mordred. The voice on the other end gave pause before answering. "No, Sir." "Is something wrong with one of my grown children?" "Um, no Sir. We have received a transmission from a deep cover operative on board an Imperial Star Destroyer. He said simply 'Admiral Here' in the transmission Sir."

Mordred rubbed his free hand over his face. Blinking a few times to the low lighting in his quarters. "Alrighty' than. Signal Ohm' to have the Imperial shuttles ready. I want those codes changed to current models. Send a message back to the operative, 'Code change' and nothing more. When the shuttles arrive, it will be seen as just a routine supply visit. Signal our contact to intercept the real shuttles with his corvettes. Make sure he double checks on their status and not to intercept them until they brake orbit of the spaceport they are loading up at. I want Plan D personnel ready to depart with me. Anubis out." Mordred clicked off his communicator an upgraded Hush 98 comlink. Though an older model of communicator, with upgrades it served Mordred and his crews well with it's varieties of features for private conversations staying private.

A toss of the comlink to the night stand as Mordred moved up from the bed slowly. Grabbing up some clothes to put on, while a slender short leg shifted out from the black silken sheets. "It would appear as the party is over my dear. Imperials, they do put a sour taste on things by interrupting good times. Don't you agree?" Captain Emilia Belle's lips curved to a smile as she watched Mordred get dressed in the low lighting of the room. "Yes, that they do. I'll get dressed and head back to my frigate." Mordred smiled some as he pulled a midnight black silk shirt over his head. "Emilia, I am happy to have you to watch my six if things go bad and we need ships to jump in and cause a little havoc for our escape with the Admiral." Emilia shifted upwards to sit in the bed, her left arm moving to hold the silken sheets over her breast. "To be honest, Mordred, I've always enjoyed 'watching' your six." Mordred gave pause in his getting ready and looked over at Emilia with a slow smirk perking that of his dark mustache and goatee.

"My dear, you are indeed savory." Emilia smiled gently. "And you can still leave me smiling and feeling, happy."

The Lambda Class T4a shuttles exited the ventral hanger bay of The Black Tears, Mordred's flagship. Mock supplies were put inside containers for the cover operation. Ana Anubis was at the controls of the first shuttle. Dressed as an Imperial Pilot of course. "Why white" Why can't they have Stormtroopers with better colors?" Grumbled Nick Leatro as he was finishing up his disguise as a Stormtrooper. "Because it's been that way and gonna be that way. Stop complaining, Nick. Nebula would have taken your spot, but a Twi'lek's head doesn't fit well in a stormtrooper's helmet." Called Ana from the cockpit. "Besides, we have four D's on board this shuttle and the other shuttle following us in. If things go bad, we can deploy them for suppression fire. All right everyone, shuttle one to shuttle two, prepare for hyperspace jump. Everyone get into 'costume' before we arrive. Count of three. One....two....three!" The two stolen Imperial shuttles jumped into hyperspace and away from the Anubis Fleet.

"This is Captain Belle of the Frigate 'Liberty Belle' all ships stand ready. Deflector shields, turbo-lasers, anti-starfighter lasers and everything else at the ready. We will make the jump in thirty minutes to a nearby system so we are closer to jump into the mix for recovery. All ships do a last minute check. Frigates and Corvettes check in when ready."

Commander Trech Tanbris was on the bridge of the Imperial Star Destroyer, when the two Imperial shuttles came out of hyperspace. The Imperial Star Destroyer was part of a group of four put together to ensure proper protection of the valuable New Republic Admiral on board Commander Tanbris' ship, in orbit of Coyerti.

"Finally, they are hear." Said the Imperial Captain of the ship. Shaking his head some. "I swear Imperial pilots are getting slow." Commander Tanbris nodded to the Captain. "Yes, Sir. Not to worry though. I'll meet them personally and give them a firm ear ringing of how they better get themselves into shape. This is the Imperial Navy, not some rag tag Rebel Cell." The Captain gave a light chuckle as he nodded to Commander Tanbris. "Indeed. Give them a stern warning, Commander. The next time they are delivering supplies to this ship, they best be on time. No excuses." Commander Tanbris nodded his head. "Yes, Sir. I certainly will." Tanbris turned from the Captain and headed to exit the bridge of the Star Destroyer.

Commander Tanbris would meet the shuttles in the main hanger bay and as their boarding ramps lowered, he would start in on them loudly for any to hear in the bay. "You are late. We run things on time here. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You call yourselves Imperial Pilots" You should be cast back to training on how to be on time as Imperials."

So Ana didn't have to leave the shuttle, two other members of Mordred's crew were dressed up as Imperial Pilots. Moving down the ramps of both shuttles. "I apologize Sir. Won't happen again. We were late departing the spaceport where the supplies were loaded." Commander Tanbris shook his head with a sigh. "Not a good excuse, you are Imperial Pilots. We'll continue this talk later. Right now let's get your cargo unloaded and stowed away." Members of Mordred's crew exited the two shuttles with crates on hover skiffs. "Follow me. I wouldn't want you to get lost on board. Your skills might be lacking in the area of navigation as well." Adding a little salt on the wound, Commander Tanbris escorted the stormtroopers from the shuttles out of the hanger bay and down a hall way.

Commander Tanbris would lead the disguised stormtroopers to that of two cargo bays. A pause would be given, look down the hall way and then an opening of the first cargo bay. Motioning the stormtroopers inside with the hover skiffs before moving in after them as the doors closed behind him.

"We don't have much time." Said Commander Tanbris. One of the Stormtroopers removed his helmet to show it was Mordred below the outfit. Commander Tanbris reached out to shake Mordred's hand. "Anubis. It is truly a pleasure to meet you finally." Mordred gave a firm shake before releasing Tanbris' hand. "Commander. How long do we have?" Inquired Mordred. "You have a solid fifteen minutes before I am going to check in with the bridge and the Captain. The New Republic Admiral is in the second brig cell. When you do your exit, I ask a favor that you take the Twi'leks and the Wookiees as well." Mordred perked a slender dark brow. "How many?" "Eight Twi'leks and four Wookiees. The Wookiees are up for execution at this ship's next stop and the Twi'leks are to be transferred to a labor camp." Spoke Tanbris. Mordred gave a nod of his clean shaven head. "Then consider it done, Commander."

With the doors opening once more, four minutes later, Commander TanbrisĀ  remained in the cargo bay. Having had one of Mordred's crew beat on him a little to produce bruising so it looked as if he was assaulted. Exiting the cargo bay was Mordred with several of his crew dressed as stormtroopers. Moving at the front, with a helmet on of course, Mordred lead the rest for the turbo lift and in turn the deck with the brig while one his crew locked Commander Tanbris in the cargo bay to put a good spin on the look that he was jumped.

Mordred adjusted the stormtrooper helmet a little on his head as some stayed on the same level, while others moved with Mordred into the turbo lift to head to the brig.

Exiting the lift onto the brig, Mordred and the others with him fanned out for maximum coverage of the command post before the hall of cells. An Imperial officer perked a brow as he gave a nod to the stormtroopers. "I wasn't expecting you." Mordred spoke through his helmet. "We were sent by the Captain. He said he wanted extra security with those Wookiees until they are transferred for their execution." The Imperial officer smiled some. "Yes. They are are not worth more than being used as slave labor. Though these four have proven troublesome. I for one will be glad when they are off this ship."

Mordred gave a nod of his helmet at the man, before lifting his E-11 Blaster Rifle and blasting him. "Likewise." Said Mordred as the other members of his crew opened fire as well at the security for the brig. View and motion sensors would also be shot up in turn.

"Nick, get the Twi'leks and the Wookiees. Johnson and Pol, check the other cells just in case there are others wishing to leave. I"ll get the Admiral. Make it fast, we are on a clock now."

Nick ran down the cell block, removing the stormtrooper helmet and opening the Twi'lek cell first. "Hello gents and ladies, time to go. Your escape is now in progress. That means now! This is a jail break!" Nick ran off to the Wookiee cells and would open them in turn. "Hello, nice to meet you...anybody want out of here and to freedom' Good! Because this is a break out! Let's go!"

The door to the Admiral's cell slid open and the woman with short near violet hair turned her eyes toward the door. Mordred slid the stormtrooper helmet off his head to show a bright smile. "Rear Admiral Lexia Swiss. Your flight is ready to leave this horrid Imperial place you've found yourself in." Admiral Swiss blinked and then smiled as she hoped up and ran to give Mordred a hug. "I can't believe this! Mordred what are you doing here?" Mordred smiled and gave a wink. "Breaking you and the rest out it seems. Didn't I tell you staying with the New Republic would get you into trouble?" Swiss smirked some. "Yes, you did." "And who is mostly right?" Asked Mordred. Swiss gave a sigh, but she was still smiling a bit. "You." "Why don't people listen to me" I am not that crazy and my thoughts do work out, usually. Come on though, we're on a clock."

"Mordred! We just had a check in over the comms. I told them the Wookiees assaulted a few of the officers here but they are sending extra troops to ensure things are safe." "Well, so much for a light stride back to the hanger bay." Said Mordred. "All right, squish time in the lift. Everyone press together. We have to get off back the way we came. Move it!" With the extra people, Twi'leks and the Wookiees as well, the turbo-lift was a tight fit. The doors barely closed and the lift headed off to where they had got into it. Not wasting time, as soon as the lift opened Mordred and the rest poured outward. The crewmen left on the level in stormtrooper disguise gave a nod that things were clear for the moment. Mordred took up the lead as the men folded in as if they were escorting the prisoners now down the hall. Helmets back in place, nothing seemed too far fetched. "Two more sections and we'll be outside the hanger." Spoke Mordred as the large group moved quicker along.

The Star Destroyer was rocked suddenly. Alarms sounded off as a voice from the bridge came over the communication system. "All crews to their stations. We are under attack. Repeat, we are under attack."

"That's pretty perfect timing if I do say so myself." Grinned Mordred below his helmet.

Several Nebulon-B Frigates along with thirty upgraded Munificent class Frigates had come out of hyperspace with fifteen corvettes. Engaging the Imperial Star Destroyers with their turbolasers. Chaos was created when a CR90 Corvette engaged it's sub light engines full throttle and rammed into one of the Star Destroyers near the bridge section. The corvette had been given a droid brain and packed with explosives to create a ram-ship. With one of the Star Destroyers out of the game already, things were slightly easier for Mordred and his crew to get back to the hanger bay of the ship they were upon.

"Hold there! Where are you going with those prisoners?" Inquired an Imperial Lieutenant as they entered the hanger bay. "Didn't you get the memo?" Spoke Mordred. The Lieutenant gave a tilt of his head. "Memo?" Mordred simply lifted his E-11 Blaster rifle and shot the man. "Oh well, time to go." With that said, the other crew members that had come along with Mordred removed their helmets, as did Mordred. To make it easier to see who is friend and foe. The others on the flight deck were fired at by Mordred's men. Killing many of them before they could take cover. "All right this isn't a pleasure cruise. Everyone get on board the first shuttle. The second is a decoy so let's not take that one." A mad dash was made for the their way out and blaster fire would help cover them as stormtroopers started to arrive to the flight deck to try and stop them. "Toss!" Shouted Mordred, which was code for grenades. Four of his crew came out of the shuttle and threw small radius grenades at the Imperials filing in by the doors. Some of the grenades were more like flash bangs to cause confusion. Dashing up the ramp last, Mordred gave a shout to the cockpit. "All aboard let's go Ana!" "Don't have to tell me twice!" The shuttle lifted off the deck and moved to exit the bay. Nick dropped into the co-pilot's seat and brought the weapons online. Firing a few hard blasts in the flight bay before Ana made her exit and into space. "Course plotted in!" Shouted Ana. "Punch it!" Shouted Mordred in turn.

The shuttle's wings were opened and as the shuttle made way from the Star Destroyer, five TIE fighters moved to intercept them. Laser cannon fire from two Munificent class frigates would open fire and cause the TIEs to evade for the moment. Giving the shuttle just enough time to make the jump to light speed.

"Captain Belle to fleet, all ships make the jump to light speed and our meeting point!"

Two corvettes and a Nebulon-B Frigate wouldn't make the jump. Taking too much damage, the Captain of the Nebulon-B Frigate ordered full speed and would ram his ship into one of the Star Destroyer's at the port side.
