Alpha Aurigae. ?Capella is the brightest star in the constellation Auriga, it is the sixth brightest star in the night sky and the third brightest star in the northern celestial hemisphere after Arcturus and Vega. Although it appears to be a single star to the naked eye, it is actually a star system of four stars in two binary pairs. The first pair consists of two bright, large type G stars and the second pair consists of two faint, small, relatively cool red dwarfs.? The image on the screen was close enough to show all four stars in relation to one another. The G type stars no longer supported life as they were on their way to becoming red giants and had long ago destroyed the planetary systems that had once orbited around them.

Examples of gold and platinum work from the civilization labeled Danunt laid in cases protected from the atmosphere. They were graceful and singularly beautiful workmanship, and the pieces were ethereally delicate in appearance.

Many people thought of some of the elven craftsmanship they have seen in RhyDin, but these exhibits eclipsed even that beautiful work.

There are examples of the religious paraphernalia from the Danunt people. There was no mistaking those things as mythological associations seem to cut across cultural boundaries. They do not truly define a lost culture at all. Such religious artifacts were usually pretty clearly from the mythology of the culture, and not mistaken for other items.

There were several examples of pottery and containers labeled as coming from the Torkim civilization of Capella. This age supplanted the Danunt era.

A very long, curved staff rested behind a field that kept out atmospheric gases. The staff appeared to be made of copper. Along its length were verdigris leaves of some kind unlike any seen before. It was recurved top and bottom, and was clearly not a walking staff, but it was also much too long to be simply a decorative bit of Torkim history. The caption indicated that there was no real clue for the purpose of this item.
