I think that having a place to build up a library of info is a wonderful idea. I'm not exactly sure how you should go about organizing articles in the end, but in this Entries in Progress area, I think simply posting info to be added or edited in replies to the original submission should suffice. Later when you are ready to move the work into the main library, if you don't wish to edit the work yourself, simply have someone submit a post with the final revision (or numbered revision if you believe more may be added later) for approval including all edits and additions.

For example, I have posted a small article regarding the species of one of my characters and in that article make reference to other subjects that someone may want to expand on, including the planetary system of origin, the genetic culturing of the species, and the Interplanetary Council. If another person (or Lupinulu) wants to submit articles on those subjects, I think simple reply messages here would work. Then once you have acceptable articles on each subject, you may want to combine them with any suggested edits into one or more works for submission to the library. (A book on Bhym Tal and its species and one on Interplanetary Politics, for example.)

I do hope you get some good article submissions here. I know I look forward to seeing what others come up with.
