ONLINE CONDUCT

America Online, provides valuable information for Apple computer
owners, as well as a means of communicating with other Apple
computer owners across the United States and Canada.

Any action that restricts or inhibits other members from using and
enjoying America Online's services, (such as but not limited to,
the use of vulgar language; inappropriate screen names; committing,
or discussing with the intent to commit, illegal activities; the
alteration of the America Online software with programs not
available online, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

Each America Online member is responsible for the use of his or her
account under any screen name on that account, and for ensuring the
full compliance with the Terms of Service. Any member in violation
of the Terms of Service may have his or her account terminated by
Quantum Computer Services, Inc.

America Online is to be used by members for their personal use
only. Commercial uses of America Online, other than the use of
message boards for legal and appropriate messages, are strictly
prohibited unless prior written consent from Quantum Computer
Services, Inc. has been given.
