"Boss!" a familiar yell for Aja to hear, but it wasn't always one she was comfortable with. She went over all the same.

"Yeah." she called back as she walked over.

"Got the third one up and on the lines." Christophe said as he motioned to the ship being hauled out of the water. "She looks like she's been down there a while."

"Ya know whut ta do with her." Aja said and jerked her head in the direction of the growing line of sunken ships they've hauled up. "Over dere, let da team go through it then she gets taken apart fer scrap." Aja eyed up the ship carefully, the hole in bow could've been a cannonball or just decay from time spent under the water and getting hit by incoming vessels. "She'll never sail again. She's taken too much damage."

"You got it, Boss." he replied and went to direct the crane operator. Aja watched them swing the dead vessel over and put it with the others.

It was taking time, but they were slowly clearing RhyDin City's Harbor of all sunken vessels from the pitch black waters. That would clear up as soon as they were done yanking all the debris off the bottom and ran through the dredging process to get any other debris lingering on the bottom.

The sailors of incoming vessels weren't thrilled with the temporary docks that were put in to keep business going while work was done, but they'd have to suck it up.

One such sailor made the mistake of grousing to her about it and then upon finding out she was the reason for it, getting in her face. They had to pull him out of the freezing waters a few moments later.

The work was slow, but steady. Salvage yards from across RhyDin's realm were helping out by making off with pieces and things pulled from the bottom. Any artwork or other items of value were first taken out and then sent to museums or holding vaults until it could be determined where such items belonged.

One day, the harbor would be free and clear, once again becoming a vital part of RhyDin City's business district.
