The polls had opened and the final election had begun.

Karen didn't wait....she went to the polls early and placed her vote.

As she was leaving, a reporter stopped her. "Miss Wilder, would you care to comment on Wolvinator's latest speech about the No Confidence initiative?"

Karen shook her head. "Nae comment."

"Miss Wilder, according to the Free Rhy'Din Press, G'nort Talanador's campaign manager herself signed the No Confidence petition....do you have any comment on that?"

Karen shook her head again. "Nae comment." and she pushed past the reporter.

"Miss Wilder, given all the scandals this year, do you think you have a reasonable chance to win?"

Karen sighed and turned around to look at the reporter. "Ser, I voted. I expect most people'll vote th' way they want tae. Since th' polls be open, I will nae discuss th' election, nor me campaign. Now thet's all." She gave a brusque nod and turned on her heel to leave.

"Just one more thing Miss Wilder....who did you vote for?"

"Nae comment!"

Candidate votes 'No Confidence'. the reporter wrote, then hurried back to his office to break the story.
