An official statement was sent to the Oracle and all other possible news outlets on Rhydin in regards to the death of one Khaine Levaque, who was running as Governor of the City
"In light of the recent and terrible murder of Khaine Levaque, Second Founder of the Metahuman Nation of Rhydin and who was a canidate for the Governor's race of the city, the Election Commitee of the M.N.R, in accordance with a unanimous vote, have decided to pull the M.N.R. party from the election for Governor. We have also decided to request that the current administration open an investigation into the death of Khaine Levaque.
We would like to know if this was a politically motivated assassination disguised as a brutal murder, or if in fact it was just a brutal murder. We will be sending a letter to the Governor's office immediately on this matter. Good day. We also hope that the principals of Metahuman equality that Founder Levaque and the M.N.R. well not die with him."
