Shortly following the public announcement of businessman Samuel Adder's candidacy, campaign officials began reaching out to people throughout RhyDin to come work for his campaign. Using social media posts, newspaper archives, and other public political statements, the effort targeted people with similar political leanings, as well as people involved in the alcohol and entertainment industries, and people possessing useful magical or psychic talents.

The Adder campaign appeared to be seeking both paid and volunteer staff, offering generous stipends to the former.
