*The sun was just breaking over the tops of the mountains, and Aurthur was already awake, though yawning loudly as he stretched on the ledge outside the lair. He had left a note for his mate to find, that he was heading to the ruins, and that if she or any others wanted to catch up with him, he had planned on spending a good deal of time exploring, perhaps even days.

After a short flight, he was outside the ruins, which was were they also penned their wyverns, that they bred for food, much like cattle. The creatures hissed at him as he passed their stables.* "Oh, do be quiet, mindless creatures. I'm not here to harvest today......" *He cast one last look over his shoulder, before he descended down into the depths of the ruins, as of yet barely explored, to see what he could find.*

She had woke to the note, and soon after she fed the little ones, she was making her way towards the ruins.

The wind felt so wonderful as its chill blew along her scales. It was not like the Summer, where she had to soak all the time to keep herself cold.

Leaves and branches crunched underfoot, and soon she found herself at the wyvern pens.

She didn't even notice as they hissed at her. Instead she followed her mate's path. Disappearing into the unchecked portion.

Talons clicked as she moved carefully, so as not to upset any hidden traps. Ice blue gaze sweeping the floors and walls for anything of interest.

*Aurthur heard footfalls behind him, and he grinned, knowing full well that his mate couldn't resist a trip into the ruins, part of the reason, in fact, he had set up the little trip. He did not call to her, but turned his head back to the writing he had found in the wall. It was in a small hand, possibly a humans, or a hominid of some sort anyways. But there was something that threw him off. The writing seemed to be in a mixture of some unknown language, and draconic writing. He stared at the writing for long moments, willing it to translate itself, but to no effect.*

"Love, i've found something rather interesting, but I can't make heads or tails of it. Even the parts that SEEM to be in draconic ruins, I can't understand in the least. It could be warning, or it could be directions."

You can nae tell what is says" She was moving carefully, closer and closer until she was right beside her beloved.

Maybe it is both' She studied the script, but also came up with nothing.

Perhaps there is something further down that may help"

In my experience, dear, in ruins, things only become more confusing the further you go in, as well as more dangerous. *Chuckles softly* But then, that is the wonderful thing about having these ruins so close to home. We can take it step by step, and study every inch of these ruins.
