*Aurthur was asleep in he and his mate's chambers, and not far from where he slumbered was a gift. This gift had a tag upon it inscribed with his mate's name. Though he was asleep, Aurthur was a crafty one. An invisible string ran from the gift to the tip of his tail, and one of the spines on his back, so the moment it was touched, he would be awakened. His mate wouldn't be able to get her present without first awakening him.*
