The little red hatchling clutched close, she landed beyond the waterfall, carrying the hatchling into the lair, protecting him from the water.

Soon, she passed her mate, moving off to find something to feed the newest addition at the moment, her father would be remaining a hatchling until she made sure he was all better.

Finding a bit of wyvern, she rumbled softly, offering the meat to the hatchling she protected, waiting patiently for him to eat.

::Aurok was completely awared of himself and his situation, even as a hatchling. He practically lept upon the offered meat, eating ravenously. He hadn't eaten much in the days prior to the accident, and that in itself had almost killed him.::

A smile as she watched her father eat, if he kept it up, he'd be better in no time. Picking the hatchling back up, she craddled him as she moved for the nest, laying him carefully down, then coiling up protectively around him.

::Needless to say, Aurok felt more than a little humilated. This was how he had coiled around her, it wasn't supposed to be the other way around. Still, with his shattered bones, he was lucky just to be alive, and he cooperated through it all.::

It was better to be humilated and alive, than proud and dead somewhere. A rumble given to her mate, as she nuzzled the red hatchling, giving him a bath, gently cleaning his snout and wings.

She was very careful not to cause him too much discomfort though, waiting to hear word from Jade.
