::Aurthur was sitting outside the lair, watching as the sun came up, and he heaved a vast sigh, his heart heavy. He made his way into the lair, careful not to wake the children, nuzzling his mate softly.:: "My love.....It's time to wake, we have to go.......We promised Drake that we would meet him in Alexandria today........"

*He nodded and slipped as quietly as possible from the lair, spreading his wings to take to the air, hovering in wait for his mate. This was not going to be an easy trip, but it was Alexander Lasair's last request to be buried here, and they would see to it.*

*Drake was waiting for them patiently, though solemnly. The body of his father had already been prepared for transport, and the three of them would bear him back to the Shimmerscale Orphanage. His father had requested to be laid to rest there, because he was always happy there. He said it was because he could always hear the children there, and Drake would see to it that his final wish was granted. A silent tear rolled down his cheek as he gazed upon the body of his beloved father, once so full of life, now still and pale.* "I'll miss you dad......"

*Aurthur took his direction from Drake, he motioned to one of three heavy chains that would distribute the weight between them evenly, but give them enough room to fly without fear of running into one another. Drake took the chain at the head of his father, and Aurthur took the middle chain, leaving the last for his mate.* "And so begins our sad journey......Shall we be off, then?"
