It had happened yesterday. Suddenly out of the blue. One minute she was sitting on the bar. The next she was floating when Shane came in. She grabbed onto him holding on for dear life whenever the floating stopped. Then all the sudden she was turned into a baby. She had a feeling it had to do with a spell. The spell that about a week or so ago that Icer had sent to her nephew Drake who deflected it and it hit Darcy resulting in her turning into a neon hot pink hatchling. Well after some time it seemed to wear off and she was fine again.
But not this time. Oh no. She slowly but surely began to transform into a dragon. Starting with a tail, then wings, then scales, and finally the whole kit and kaboodle. She is now a dragon with red and black scales. However the piercings and those vibrant dark green forest depths remain.
Suffice to say after fainting, throwing up, crying, and going into shock she made her way back with Icer to the lair to take a nap and hopefully sleep the nightmare away. Her first goal was to get into contact with May to see if she could undo this somehow. She was not a happy camper. But mostly her heart ached over the fact that now it seemed hopeless for her to be with Shane in the way she wants. It hurt more than she was willing to admit outloud though.
