Ice blue eyes drifted open a moment, just long enough to take note that her sister was, well...gone, the black dragoness Storm had left her to slumber. How her sister had slipped out of the tiny lair without her knowledge was beyond her.

Rising to her feet, the blue dragoness moved with a limp that spoke of ages, ages of course cramped in hibernation with her sister, her sister that was now gone.

Or was she", slipping out of the makeshift lair, wings extended in a stretch, along with much cracking that sent a shudder down her spine.

Sniffing the air, she rounded the corner and blinked as she eyed the fallen wyvern, her mouth watering, it had been ages again since her last meal, one which she had shared a much too small fish with Storm.

Moving closer, she canted her head, and stumbled backwards, almost tripping over her own tail as her dark sister nearly sprang on top of her with a grin, you do remember what day it is ssssissster, Storm spoke with that usual hissing sound.

Of course I know..., a taloned paw reached up, touching the pendant hanging around her serpentine neck, the necklace given to her by Aurthur, her very own mate on her last hatching day, suddenly, she didn't feel so hungry anymore.

Storm on the other hand, would not let her sister return to the lair until she'd eatten something, even going so far as threating to force feed the blue, not wanting any of that, she tore off a small chunk of flesh from the carcass, swallowing it whole.

Turning then, she moved for the small stagnant pond nearby, lowering her snout, she started lapping at the water, pausing and staring at herself in the reflection, during the illness, she'd lost a bit of weight, and now..

She stared at herself, eying the darker blue stripes running from her neck down her spine and all the way to her tail tip, she also eyed the twin silver horns that had seemed to have grown in, one above each eyeridge.

Taking note, she canted her head once more a different angle, the twin horns curved back till they reached the base of her fanlike ear crests, then as if changing their mind, they grew upwards, the points ending nearly a foot from her skull, the horn on her snout had grown a little as well and she thought.

When she returned..., would anyone remember", or even recognize her?
