It had been so very long ago. The day that had changed her life. Now it was just a fading nightmare.

Now, the golden dragoness was starting to get her color back. She had started to bask again, just a little each day while assisting her kin with hatchling sitting.

While she was still too shaken yet to travel further then the gardens, she was making progress.

No longer did she stay inside away from the sun.

And each day, the faded color of her scales seemed to grow a bit brighter.
