Snow was plopped down in the lair Tiamatus had made ready for her and Odela. Eyes were closed and she was twapping her tail boredly as she waited for her mate to come home. Tail was coiled firmly and behind her as she rumbled. There tucked away warmly in her tail was not only one but two little eggs. One was a deep silver in shine, the other was a deep green in shine. They had two eggs, she could tell one was boy, one was girl. Nuzzling the eggs softly she rumbled to them to let them know mommy was there.

::Tiamatus walked into the lair and was greeted by the sight of his mate resting and not one, but TWO eggs! His eyes opened wide, and he grinned as he nuzzled and kissed his mate repeatedly.:: "My love, i thought you said there was only going to be one egg? Not that it matters, mind you! Two children! ::He was practically floating on the air with joy.::

Snow kissed her mate and chuckled lightly. Nuzzling him softly she purred and then nuzzled the eggs softly. Whispering to him she giggled," I guess the little girl was sneaky. I didn't expect it until it was laid. Quite a pleasant surprise. Don't you think my heart?" Looking to her mate she grinned and giggled lightly as her wing covered the eggs warmly.

Odela was now a few inches taller then her mother and father. Peering at her mother and father as she grinned happily. Wrapping her tail around her side she snickered lightly and kept her silence. The gold rested her head on her paws and sighed, so happy for her mother and father.

"Oh my love, it is the most wonderful of surprises! I cannot wait until they hatch......" ::He made a point of going over to his daughter and hugging her.:: "Even though your bigger than me now, your still my daughter, and I'll always love you, Odela. You had better never forget that."

She purred as her mate hugged her and glanced towards her mate as he spoke with their first born. Smiling softly she nodded in agreement as she spoke to Odela," He's right, we love you very much." Then leaning over she nuzzled one of the eggs tenderly beneath her wing.

::One of the eggs made a small chirping noise and gave a small shake before it stopped moving again. All was quiet for a few moments, then a louder chirp took place, followed by an even more violent shake. It seemed that the first of the eggs was ready to hatch at last!::

Looking down at the chriping noises she smiled and nuzzled the egg as she rumbled. Whispering softly she smiled," Mommy's here." Looking up to Tiamatus she smiled brightly as she moved back over to nuzzle on the egg of silver as she burst with joy.

::The voice of it's mother only encouraged the hatchling inside the shell further, and the egg began to crack and chip away. At long last, the shell crumbled away, and the most beautiful hatchling imaginable was born. His body color and his eyes matched that of his father, an amazingly bright silver. But when he stood, his belly scales matched the glowing white of his mother, and upon his silver wings were patterns of brilliantly attractive patterns of white. He had also gained the eyes of his parents, his left eye blue like his mother, his right eye silver like his father. As he took his first breaths, he began to cry out for the comfort of his parents.::

She had been bidding her time. Finally ready to greet the world, her egg shook and a little cry came from within, the tip of her egg tooth chipping away at the shell in her way.

Silence, then move chipping, until a crack formed, she could hear her mother, and her brother. After another cry, the egg seemed almost to split open, and the little white hatchling, scales tipped in a pale, pale blue, lay in half her shell.

Eyes still closed, but her little maw opened, taking her first breaths, then a cry.
