Upon leaving the Inn, the dragoness would look towards the sky before disappearing into the forest.

She was heading back to the swamp lair, but not for good, no, she was retrieving one thing. The turtle she had left behind with the remains of her fish.

Perhaps it had reminded her of herself, that was why she spared it's life.

Disappearing down the hole, she would move quickly, glancing behind herself before snatching the still living turtle up in her jaws.

Then she would crawl back out of the hole, as if to crack open dinner.

Wading through the water, she would disappear over the swampy thresh hold, into the forest beyond.

There was one place she had to go, she had to risk it, and it had been Katt's speach that had motivated her.
