::Aurthur was the first to come upon the babe as he had woken up early that morning to hunt. What he found, however, was a basket on his doorstep that contained a baby. He glanced about to see if he could see anyone, and though he thought he saw a flicker of movement, he dismissed it as his imagination. He picked up the basket carefully and moved the blanket to see the child within, and that was when he saw the note. He read it slowly, absorbing the information.:: "I have no doubts that your mother had a very good reason for leaving you here with us, young one. You have nothing to fear here, your adoptive mother Icer and I will take good care of you." ::He carried the basket back inside and laid it between his mate and himself, humming softly until the child fell back into slumber.::

::He ceased his humming and smiled warmly down to her.:: He was outside, love. There was a note with him. ::He handed her the note and rocked the basket until the child fell asleep.:: I was on my way to hunt for the morning when i found him

::he nodded:: Indeed, and the orphanage is not even officially open yet. I've still rooms to dig out, and we still have to get some kind of paperwork before we can open it and have it be an official part of the Rhydin community. ::he scratched at his chin in thought.:: I would say it will be a month or so yet before we can officially open.......and we've still not even thought of a name yet.
