Green eyes drifted open as the small gold dragoness woke in her room. The very room in her mother's lair that she had not left since the slaying of her twin brother, well, she'd gone out once, but it proved too hard on her.

She'd retreated soon after, back to the sanctuary of the lair, of the wards that offered protection from the beast that had done the deed.

Now she woke to a tiny gold hatchling, her twin, her brother.., she could easily tell it was Zyloh. Just the thought though of what had happened kept her lair bound, curled around the slumbering hatchling.

She wouldn't let him out of her sight, not this time, Maybe one day soon, she too would get up enough courage to travel again.

Until then, she was perfectly happy within the safety and confines of the lair

She certainly would not be alone in that room. For starters she had her now-hatchling brother...And she also had Vutha, the black whom was perfectly content to spend his time with her, gently trying to coax her out of the lair every now and then. It just wasn't healthy for a dragoness to be cooped up in her room her entire life, and it left him worried.

Green eyes fell onto Vutha, she was very slowly getting better. No longer trembling, she still was hesitant to leave her hatchling brother.

Rising slowly, she stretched out golden wings, moving to bump snouts with the black. She was trying.

'Solaria...Perhaps tomorrow, we can go for a walk in the fields outside the lair? We dont have to go far'

He was trying as well, a wing draped over the dragoness that he'd grown quite fond of, and attached to. And of course, her brother was perfectly welcome to come with should she decide yes. He just hoped she did decide to go for the walk.

Outside..., she looked to Vutha as if unsure, curling up underneath his wing. Attention remained still upon the gold hatchling that lay sleeping.

Maybe we can go outside, speaking as if she were unsure whether yet or not she wanted to even dare try it. It would be nice to smell the flowers..

There was a bit of a smile to the black that covered her with his wing, before green eyes finally closed.

For the first time in weeks, she would sleep soundly.
