Shadow headed down the hill, following Icer's trail. She wore a loose blue shirt, and black pants. Her eyes glowed a bright blue, her silver hair tied back in a high ponytail. She checked that all her daggers and swords were there for the fifth time since they'd left the Inn, deciding that they were going to try and find out if everything was okay. She had several misgivings about bringing Michael. If she hadn't seen a few possibilities where it all worked out she wouldn't have. Besides that, the boy was damned stubborn!

She was fidgeting, and she knew it. She just couldn't sit still; she kept out-pacing Michael and then having to stop and wait. Then a thought hit her. "Hey Michael, what are we gonna do once we get there?"

He actually did keep up with her by using his instant movement skill and stopped right by her, he had on his usual black shirt and black jeans with his buster sword in its sheath latched in place.

"We are going to make sure everything is alright and if not we are going to make sure nothing bad happens, you know more than me but I know enough to know what decision I have made is the right one, I won't let anything bad happen as long as I draw breath, y'all are family, I'm not going to let anything happen. So how far is it and how long till we do get there."

She grinned and nodded, her eyes shining happily. She liked his enthusiasm. "Okay. Sounds good! We're almost there." They walked along for a few more minutes before coming to a cave entrance. She stopped several yards away from the cave mouth, putting an arm out to stop Michael.

"Let's wait here...You wanna call out or should I?"

"I think i'll let you do the honors." He was crouched down on one knee now ready to bring up a defensive position if needed. "Tell you the truth I wish this never happened, I want to be at the Inn drinking a screwdriver relaxing while talking to y'all but the meaning of my existince is to protect my family to the best of my ability, to push myself even further so that I can." He smiled a bit up at Shadow as he became ready for whatever was to come.

She grinned at him and drew a dagger, holding it loosely in her left hand. She drew a deep breath and called out, not loudly but pitching her voice so it carried, "Icer! Storm! Ty! Mr. Shimmerscale?"

A grin given to Storm. "Okay, when do you think they'll be up?"

The teen just stood there by Shadow, kinda worried yet he kept an emotionless face on. He also thought what Mr. Shimmerscale had done just now but still did not let himself fualter from why he was here but he didn't know what to say either. He just stood there and waited.

A few nearby dragons lifted their necks, attention turning toward the two that had arrived, but they seemed to be of little threat, so they lowered their heads, but still kept watch, meanwhile, jaws parted as she woke in the lair, and rising, she moved to the entrance, poking her head out, getting her daily shower, and smiling to her mate before looking toward her company. Shadow, Michael, hello there, she was seemingly in better spirits, especially after such a long nap.

Wings unfurled as she looked back around, then pushing off the edge of the lair's mouth, she glided through the falls to land near Michael and Storm, pausing only to shake the excess water off her scales.

A nod to the other dragons nearby told them these were friends, then she smiled, crouching by Michael. Good morning to you both.

He looked at both of them. They are both sitting beside me, did I do something wrong that I am unaware of? He put his hands behind his head, his mood lifted a small bit now that he knew Icer was feeling better. He never meet Mr. Shimmerscale before so he didn't want to say anything for he was worried that he would screw up so he just stood there and listened to everything around him like he always did.

Yes Shadow, I have been eatting, a nod to Michael then and a smile. Looking over towrad her mate, she purred softly, though she remained settled for the moment.:: things have slowed down again, but we are keeping vigilant just incase.

He smiled a bit as Shadow poked him, why he didn't know, he was relaxed now becuase he knew Icer was back to her old self but cautious too. He sat down now since he was at ease enough to, but he was still silent, the best you got out of him was a sigh of relief

A smile at both of them. "I'll gladly hang out..Aurthur startled me.." She laughed. "I've been too long away from other dragons."

Remaining settled beside her friends, the dragon glanced toward her mate a moment, before looking back to Michael and Shadow.

Well, I'm starting classes at the School to help me learn my magic, and I've just been resting.

Another smile to Shadow then, I'm sure Aurthur didn't mean to startle you, he's just been very protective lately.

She grinned and stretched. "Yes, magic is very useful..For example, there's a trick I learned that makes people not see you..You're not invisible, and it doesn't work on those that know you well, but it makes strangers and people you don't like not see you right away.."

She paused a moment, then continued. "However, I haven't figured out how to make it work on a moving subject..It breaks when you try to move with it, the spell matrix shatters..I'm still tweaking it.."
