- Once Victor and Shea had gathered a few things, the two would be in Rhy'Din, following the directions that Icer had given to Victor a while back. He had promised the dragon they would come visit, and here they were, heading through the forest, and in the direction of the falls. -

- Hand in hand the two went, after tying their horses in a clearing in the forest..so they wouldn't be spooked by the two dragons. - Hope they are home...and this isn't a bad time..- Said softly to Shea, as the two were in a sence out of touch with what was going on.-

Icer" Aurthur" Anyone home? - He called out softly, once they arrived at the desired destination, with him looking around a bit..hoping he had lead them to the right place. They were here to visit a friend, that they had promised to visit. Both dragons would probably note, that Victor had a soft, yet bright smile on his lips..once the two were greeted. -

A twitch of an ear, and she grinned, hearing her friends, poking her head out of the waterfall, and blinking as she got a morning shower.

Morning Victor, Shea, welcome,biting back a giggle a moment as the water tickled her neck, she then burst from the lair, landing nearby, though she'd be nice and not give her company a shower.

Lowering herself to the ground nearby, she let the sun dry her scales, if you want,there is a trail that leads inside, or I could give you a lift.

Morning Icer. - A smile to the dragon, as she came out to greet them, with a soft squeeze to Shea's hand. - and as my wife said..we can walk. - A wink to Icer now. - besides..mommy here needs the exercise. - A glance to Shea a moment, then back to Icer. - How are ye and the family?

We are doing quite well thank you, leading the way to the hidden trail that led to the mouth of the lair, usually she flew, but she'd walk this time.

It would be a bit of a climb, but she'd help Shea and Victor along.

That is good to hear..Weare doing fine as well. - A grin as he walked with Shea as they followed Icer. As for the trail, Vic was alright with it, as long as Shea made it up alright..Yup..always the protective husband he was. -

:; Shea walked behind Icer, All too sued to walking up trails that led behind water falls was Shea shed done it thousands of times at home in GreenStone. So he had little to worry about. Shea had never met or could not recall meeting Icers mate,but Shea did adore all of Icers little ones, though most of thsoe she knew were grown ,so very happy for the dragon couple,a new clutch of younglings....was great news...::

::Shea smiled as they wlaked,giving Vic a little scare ehre or there'faking' him out pretending to slip justa touch to lean back in to him as they walked.::

::In all her years in greenstone Shea had never once seen a dragons egg,odd it seemed to her that this was true.There were so many dragons in those lands,but never once had she seen a clutch of eggs.::

::Shea was so excited. So much happy news. So many new little ones coming in to the world. Even more reasons to make Rhydin safe.::

Glancing back towrad the two, she blinked a moment as Shea faked out Victor by pretending to slip, she'd continue to help, but was that a wink from Shea?

Biting back a knowing grin, they finally came to the end of the pathway behind the falls which led into the mouth of the lair.

Speaking softly then, just try not to wake sister, she can be grumpy at times..., making her way in a wide arch around the snoozing black dragoness, and leading the way furthur down the corridor that led to the main chamber.

A few crystals imbedded in the wall gave a faint glow as if lighting the way, and soon the room opened up into a main chamber with a few tunnels leading in different directions.

- And Victor would catch her each time, before smirking a bit..Had Victor caught on to Shea's little stunts? Possible..but he didn't mind having to catch her on each slip...-

- He hadn't seen dragon eggs either in his life, so it would be a first for them both, as he was excited as well. He continued to walk beside Shea as they followed Icer. -

::Aurthur was currently laying around the eggs, his body wrapped about them so no one could pass. He could smell his mate's scent, along with two others that he did not recognize. His warning growl was loud and long, and it floated down the corridor cave in which he and the clutch were hidden.::

Hearing the warning growl, she couldn't help but smile, and lifting her neck, she rumbled in responce to her mate, assuring him that those with her were friends.

::the rumble of that growl shook under Sheas booted feet. She ahd heard calls like that before,but still she was weary,she understoond that Icer's mate would and should be very portective of their neew clutch of eggs, after all Victor was very protective of her and Aiden and soon to be very protectiveof th eir daughter.Shea stuck close to icer,and closer still to Victor. As jade hues peeked around Icer in to the lair ::

::Within the egg chamber stood Aurthur, tall and straight, his neck slightly arched and his legs slightly bent. Upon seeing his mate enter the room however, his entire demeanor changed, and he relaxed visibly. Approaching his mate, he gave her an affectionate nuzzle and a soft kiss upon her lips.:: Who are our guests, my love?

- And Victor held Shea to that warnning growl to feeling it against the lair's floor, as well as to feeling his wife pressing into him more. He understood the warnning, as he knew Aurthur was protective of his family, as Victor was of his. Once at the entrence to the eggs room, he bowed his head in greeting to Aurthur, letting Icer answer her mate. -

::Jade hues looked to Icer's mate,then back to Victor. Awaiting the time to introduce her self.Shea had seen lairs of dragons at home, yet the dragons of greenstone and those elven lands were not like Icer, they didnt speak any tongue that any one save for the dragon riders and the mitress of dragons understood,here in rhydin it seemed all creatures had a voice, and spoke common::

A soft rumble given to the nuzzle and kiss, then she playfully nipped her mate's ear, these are friends love, Victor and his mate Shea.

I told them they could visit if they wished, slipping past her mate and settling around the nest, wrapping her tail around the six eggs and nodding to let her friends know they could come in.

::taking up his place at his mate's side, foliding his wing over her, he smiled warmly.:: A pleasure to meet you, Victor and Shea. I apologize for my growling, but in our current times, one can never be too certain of if those entering their home is friend or foe, especially we dragons. We have had our share of wyvern attacks, and i will not risk my family in any way. ::he smiled toothily, which he rather hoped was more disarming rather than frightening, for that was how he intended it.:: Of course, in the company of guests, it is wrong to speak of such things. Would you like something to drink? Or perhaps a sandwich' I may be a dragon, but i am quite adept at whipping up snacks and such.

Tis a pleasure to finally meet you, Aurthur. - A bow of his head to the dragon, before leading Shea inside, then sat down a few feet in front of the pair of dragons. -

Tis alright..I would of done the same thing..if I was unsure of whom was walking into my home, and tis alright...you done what any protective father...and husband would do. - A glance to Icer then to Shea at that, as he was just as protective over his own family...-

I am quite used to it, there are many dragons in my home lands, and if it was I whomw as guarding my children I would do the very same as well.

I am glad that you understand my reaction. ::He made a playful mewling noise and nuzzled his mate as she nipped his ear, draping his wing over her.:: It is she that i am most protective of right now. ::He chuckled softly:: She isn't named Trouble for no reason you know. ::He winked to show his mate he was joking.:: I am glad to hear that I am spoken so highly of by my mate. I strive to do nothing but make her happy, and she is a treasure greater to me than any amount of gold or riches could ever be.

A soft chuckle given at the mewling noise as she cuddled comfortably into Aurthur's wing.

Yes, my mate here is very protective of me, though I'm not sure why..

Victor and Shea both got a wink as she carefully moved her tail enough for them to see the clutch she lay around.

Six eggs all aranged carefully in a nest lined with grasses, lowering her snout to one, she gently nudged it, carefully turning the precious object, then a blink was given as she heard a tapping sound.

- He nodded to that, as he looked to Shea, and slipped an arm around her. - I know the feeling...very well. - Which Shea would confirm to be true, as Victor had become...near...vicious when it came to protecting his mate. -

- He then smiled to Icer, before looking to the six eggs and smiled even more, as it seemed the sight of childern, or the talk of them got him to smile more -

::At the thought of the eggs hatching, it was almost an immediate reaction that his parental instincts went into full swing. He hissed loudly and stomped backwards a pace, his wings spread out wide to fully conceal his mate and the eggs behind him. His hackles rose as though he were ready to fight, but he was just giving their guests a 'gentle' reminder not to come too near the nest or his mate at this moment. His head swung low to the ground and another hiss issued from him before he turned his head to peer over his wing at his mate.::

A soft soothing rumble was given to her mate as his attention returned to her, and she lowered her snout to the nest, notsrils quivering a moment.

She didn't mind the company, giving Victor and Shea a grin as one of the eggs started to tremble a moment. Attention back to the nest, she lowered her snout back to the one shaking as the tip of a tiny egg tooth pushed free from the shell.

Then there was a tiny call, and she gently nudged the shell, helping it along until at last one of the first hatchlings lay beside her.

A small female, bearing scales the same blue as her mother, but a few stripes along her back in the darker blue of her father.

- Victor's brows quirked to the sudden chance in Aurthur, from calm and polite..to the very protective father, before noticing where his attention went. He understood why Aurthur was acting this way, as he looked to Shea. He would of more than likely done the same, if the roles were reversed. He nodded to Aurthur, when the two were giving that "reminder" not to come to close, and remained where he was..offering Icer a smile. -

::Aurthur turned his attention back to the nest and leaned to nudge another of the eggs. It had since began to tremble, and tapping it lightly with a talon, Aurthur was able to help the hatchling push a hole through the top of the egg. A muzzle, darker blue than either either Aurthur or Icer poked through. Finally bursting through the shell, a larger male lay next to his father, indeed far darker then either his mother or father.::

- Upon seeing the two proud dragons, turnning to care for their new hatchling, would get a smile on Victor's lips. He looked to Shea and nodded softly, as he stood up. He then helped her to stand, then with a bow to Aurthur and Icer, they would disapper..leaving the dragons to their privacy. -
