Just Payne Dont Panic

What Were You Expecting" ....A Dungeon"

A modernized penthouse apartment on the top floor of a building in the less shadier portions of town (he rather liked watching the upper class citizens of Rhy'Din squirm with his presence), the apartment itself was a theme of black, white, and chrome. For such a messy profession, and....even messier interests...his home is always clean and tidy, with no hint of dust or even a coffee stain on the counter.

The modern, simplistic layout is as follows:

Hannibal the Cannibal

"Invisible" to most, this monstrous beast cannot be seen by those without Otherworldly sight. Be it a link through Death, a connection with the Veil, or souls bound by Heaven or Hell, or those on their way out, as Payne might say. Though invisible by those disconnected to the Veil, Hannibal still takes up space on the current plane of existence, able to be heard, felt, and if he knocks something over with his mass....you'll very much see it's collateral. Those that can see much more, however....

Would catch sight of a nearly 4 feet tall beast from his paws to the top of his head. Hannibal takes on the look of a mangy rat bred with a bulky hound. With rat-like features of his face, distorted with the appearance of decay and almost skeletal segments of his face, with large and sharp teeth that are almost always dripping with sticky, thick drool that can be harmful after extended exposure on the skin. His eyes are colorless, giving the effect of "blind" though his inane ability to track and stare with unsettling intensity would say differently.

His long, whip-like tail is bare much like a rat's; rough, scaly and 100% prehensile. Like a possum wrapping it's tail around a tree branch, Hannibal can use it to grab onto someone or something.

While he almost looks emaciated from ribs that stick out, the muscle density on his legs, haunches, withers and chest would state otherwise.

Hannibal was bred by Bael, Payne's "boss", and the unsightly mutated creature was unwanted by many of the Hell's main pawns for it's necrotic and sickly appearance, at least...until Payne took one look at the mangy rodent-hound and fell in love at first sight. Trained, raised and now Payne's prized grumpy Hellhound, Hannibal is the role model and often aids in Payne's training of other discarded Hounds of Bael's litters. Those that don't fit the quota....Well, the name speaks for itself.

Hannibal's disposition is what Payne calls "grumpy", and he rarely takes to others besides his master. Aggressive, off-putting, he'd sooner take a bite and make someone a snack than be bribed with affection (he still wants to eat that one girl...she knows who she is..). Though in the state of a rat-like canine, many of Hannibal's actions could seem almost too human, right down to his expressions and the "grumbling" growls that seem to almost resemble him expressing his distaste for most things.
