Taneth

It has been several days now that Taneth has been working for Dewey, Cheetam, and Howe. She has been trying to meet up with Dewey to make plans for some type of playground charity when she heard about Elly's festival auctions. It was just after her own poster had been made that she is approaching Dewey's office to present an idea to him.

Her steps are light and she is, of course, in a dress. This particular dress is a Nu-Georgette style and made of matte satin. It is a two piece lilac colored dress with a simple strapless neckline, tea length skirt, and small thin belt made of the same material.

Taneth's hand lifted nervously to knock on Dewey's door and she called, "Mister Dewey. It's me, Taneth. I would like to speak with you." In her other hand, she clutched one of the posters of her.

Mr. Dewey

Soon after Taneth knocked on the thick wooden door a small woman opened it and rushed past her without speaking a word, leaving the door open and the standing figure of Mister Dewey framed within its confines. The woman wore a familiar look Taneth might have come to recognize on the faces of many of the underlings that worked for Dewey, Cheetham, and Howe; something akin to a deer caught in headlights.

Dewey, however, was standing there with his hand out to her. A jovial smile on his fatherly countenance, looking rather dapper in a muted plum Italian silk. His dusky violet patterned tie as ever knotted high on the collar of a starched, pristine white shirt.

"My dear Taneth." The baritone so warm and friendly as he moved to meet her halfway. "What is this?" Those kindly brown eyes dipping to check out the poster she held beside her. "Who is this lovely creature that graces this parchment?"

His grin was teasing and light, though for an instant something bestial flickered in the depths of those brown eyes. "Tell me, my dear, what is it you wish to speak to me about' I am all ears, and eager to hear of anything you have to say."

Taneth stepped forward enough to meet Dewey and she positively beamed at his compliment. She held up the poster for him as she spoke, "Well, Mister Dewey, it was for an auction to support the orphanage, but it has passed now. I was wondering, Sir, if you would still like to donate to my friend Elly to support her cause."

She leaned up on her tiptoes then settled once more on her feet as she moved around him and stepped further into his office. Taneth turned in a slow circle as she took in her surroundings and she smiled radiantly back at Dewey. "You have such a lovely office, Sir." Then she added in thought, "If you would like a service for your donation, then I could give you the same rules that were used for Elly's auction."

On her light feet, Taneth danced over to Dewey's desk and laid the poster out on top without regard for whatever he might have had on it. She, then, danced back over to him and reached out to take his hands in her own. "The rules were one whole day with the person that won. I would offer that to you, Sir, if you wanted something for your money." She tilted her head just then and thought for a moment then asked, "Oh, and is there anything you need me to get from the marketplace for any social event for your company?"
