Quite how Mataya De Luca had gotten her hands on application forms for the new studio early was anyone's guess, but the theatre owner had been handing them out to certain members of her own crew at the Shanachie Theater since the fliers for the career fair at 21Twelve had gone up.

One such recipient was Victoria Marshall, currently the Assistant Art Director at the theatre. She'd met Mataya while working on a film project together a few years before, and indeed, was in Rhy'Din at Mataya's invitation. It stood to reason that Ms De Luca knew Victoria's first love was film. Hence the form.

Why are you a good fit for 21twelve studios?
Though currently working at the Shanachie Theatre, my first love is film. After achieving my degree in Art and Architecture at Truro University, I signed on as a stagehand at the Theatre Royal, Brighton (England, Earth), where I worked for one year, gaining experience and practical skills to do with set design and structure. Following this, I was hired by Troublemaker Studios, California (USA, Earth) to be a member of their art department, and over the course of this period, rose to become the second assistant art director, heading up a tertiary team who dealt mainly with location dressing and continuity. Film has always been the medium I prefer to work in; I enjoy being a member of a team, as well as having the responsibilities involved in heading said team. I'm punctual, organised, artistic, and take direction well; I work hard, prepared to take long hours to see that a project is completed to a high standard.

Note #1 ? those who are hired for work with 21twelve studios will eventually become department heads. Can you manage small groups of people effectively? Can you finish projects on time, with little to no direction or supervision?
As stated above, I have experience heading up a team; delegation is my friend, but the buck always stops here if I am in charge. Give me a project, give me a guideline, and give me a deadline, and it will be completed to a high standard beforetime; all criticism and considerations can be taken in hand, and changes can always be made before completion.

Graduated from the British Film School with distinction in Professional Make-Up Design, inclusive of prosthetics and tattooing, in 2006. Since then, I have worked on several movie sets, including the Harry Potter franchise. I am more than prepared to supply all my own equipment, and to work from templates already set by the head of the department.

Absolutely. In five years of employment in this industry, I have yet to take charge of a team of my own, but I believe myself more than up to the challenge should it become necessary.
