In a medium sized black frame there was a black and white photo matted on a white background with a thinner black border inside. The photo was from the Refuge. The eye would go first to the two large elephants facing each other but upon further looking one would notice a man standing in the bottom left hand corner with his back to the camera. He had one hand up over his forehead (or so one could imagine from the placement of his hand), probably to shield the sun, with a hammer in his other hand by his side. It was Ethan pausing in his work to watch the animals.
