Prisoner Report
At 3:55 A.M., one Horaetio Renne Arc'err ("Renne") turned himself in at Port South holding house to Gaston for the murders of Jayne Barnsby, Bruce McLennan, Rongar al Hamid, Saeinella Inoyet, Brandon Patrick Hayes, and possibly for the murder of Jack Sidwell. The prisoner presented no threat, and under the suggestions of a friend who had accompanied him, was placed in psychiatric area of the facility pending a visit by a doctor to deem where best to situate him until such time as his trial may proceed.
The prisoner has many unique attributes. As reported by his friend, he is empathic, a healer, is able to secrete venom from his transparent fangs, can create illusions, can make himself invisible and is multilingual. The prisoner is also reported to have the mind of a child, and that before these murders, he was an upstanding citizen of the realm. Psychiatric evaluation is recommended at the earliest available opportunity.
All guards are to approach this prisoner with due caution, but only progressive measures should be used to maintain discipline. Under no circumstances is this prisoner to be allowed to mingle with the general population until such time as he's had a psychiatric evaluation. Should this prisoner become aggressive, use only so much force as needed to subdue him. A silver collar may be used, but only as a last resort.
