I would like to thank everyone for getting involved in this event of mine. It was my first, and I had a blast with it. And I'm still not done getting a few posts out! But I wanted to thank everyone that signed up outside of my writing circle. Leda, Tara, Katt... thank you guys. You didn't really know what you were getting into, but you hopped aboard anyway. Bless you for that. Because entrants weren't that enormous, you guys have been all the more special to me to have, and I really appreciated your taking part.
Those who came by but were less brave than to put bikinis on, I thank you as well. Matt, I loved your posts. You took the long way around both literally and with your writing, and the product shews it. You brought my world alive, man.
Harris, you swung by and got your feet wet, also literally, and partook in some of the fun that I tried to get out in that city write-up. Thank you so much for posting, helping me manage this thing, and of course bringing Rhy'Din's coolest around.
Porthos, thanks for your role. I needed to know some things Porthos might say in a few circumstances and you helped me out quick as you could, submitted your questions, and helped keep the machine functioning when I was very much afraid of it malfunctioning.
Erin! You came by! That was a delightful surprise, it sure was. Did you know, had Dyarhk won the election, I was ?so? ready to concoct so many Dyarhk & Erin, Governor & Secretary Adventures. But that didn't see fruition. So getting you to come by at all has been a treat. I relish that little post.
Paige Connelly! Thank you so much for making so ridiculously fast an event inventory icon. You do terrific work, and you came in right at the height of my paranoia wondering if I'd have the basic image in time. I'll hand those out sometime next week, and I can't wait for everybody to see them. No, they're probably not ?that? exciting, but everyone who's come by will get one. And I have to thank Paige for making that for me. This means anyone that came by during the week will get one!
Huge thanks goes out to Darien Fenner for the interview you helped me pump out. Again, I was on a time constraint, and you were, too! That just showed me how devoted you are to a quality post and helping others out. It made a huge bit of the difference to me and certainly inspired me along the way to reach the hype (I hope we did!) and try and attain a lot of the things we were going for. So thanks again, even though you were busy, you still lent a helping hand.
For those that don't know, I had a private ooc discussion with Cor about the contest. He claimed how if I hadn't so specifically said men couldn't participate, then Cor would have signed up. So as a prank, I sent him one of the community wish-list invitations. Little did I know it would have turned the outcome of sheer fun and tomfoolery it has. I absolutely love it, and there's more to come of that, I'm sure.
Cor, Raye, you've got replies in-transit. I've been trying to get these done in chronological order (because some people do that for whatever reason), and it's taken me a little while. But I love that you two came together to make the awesome combination that is Cor and Raye, and stop by for some freebie inventory icons. It'll be my pleasure to hand 'em out. And Cor, we're long overdue for some interaction as it is!
