"Bernard, that is unacceptable."
Glowering as she knelt to pick up the pieces of a broken vase. Piece by piece she dropped the ceramic into the remains of the pottery.
"I also think you're being silly. Why would you get so angry over that? It's just a vase." Dusting her hands off with a glance to the departing culprit. Some kids with a lack of respect for other people's things.
"....that won't bring back my vase, Bernard. I just don't understand why you're so angry all the time."
She turned and headed down the street, motioning in a 'c'mon' manner.
"When we get home we can play some chess..."
