There were days when getting up and moving was probably them most difficult thing to accomplish. Rekah had few of these. She was really a go-getter and if circumstances had been different she would have been that kid in class who was on their way to the Ivy League based on all the activities and the grades. But, today was not one of those days.
Rolling over and pulling a blanket over her with groan.
"Nellie, this is the best idea ever. We should sleep in more often." As was the usual silence was the reply.
"No, I don't think doing this all the time would be fun. And definitely not every day. But, today is a good day for it."
She just sighed and pressed her face into a pillow.
"You're so lazy, Nellie. Just so lazy. I don't even know how you get anything done. But, for now we can go back to sleep."
And so she did.
