This is a letter, as you gathered by now I would hope. I am sorry I failed you when I tried to destroy my accursed brother I will not mention his name here as it only inspires rage and hate to all that seem to hear it these days.
I want you to know that I did win the battle though. I did kill him. He was saved by a vampire by the name of Mary Read. It is because of her actions that Bob still lives. I truly do not know what the future holds for this world now. But I am doing everything I can to pick up the slack in the city. Evil has run rampant for far too long and unchecked. I have declared war on the criminal element. I have some information that you may or may not find useful.
Subject one: I have been doing investigating into the so called "Bonny Corp." Business in the West end of this city. I am a shape shifter and I have a few tricks of my own. I believe that this corporation is somehow involved with slaving rings, among other nefarious activities around Rhydin.
Recommendation: Implant spy and find evidence of slaving ring, if it is found. Destroy it with Extreme Hostility.
Subject Two: I have also been investigating the so called "Chainned Inn" this place is dark as it is, but I do believe that this is a front for something much more sinister in nature. You can check this out on your own time. I will do much more work with this place.
Subject Three: You are not the Zodiac Killer. I have tracked this monster for days now. He has a teleporting power of the likes I have rarely seen. Bob IS connected to this monster, I can sense his energy at the crime scenes, But I do not believe he is the one doing these things, but I do believe he is inspiring them.
Subject four: Project X Information. Through the process containing great peril I have discovered what two of the sites are planning to be. One is apparently becoming a site..or a laboratory of sorts. This thing had equipment coming in from millions of tech planets. The other is a castle of some nature. This was all I could get from this site before being detected by the numerous demons he has patrolling the sites. They are all near completion!
Subject five: My brother is gaining strength again. He had just recently murdered a sweet girl named Kaze Majin. He let somebody else take the credit for it however. Not like him to do at all. It makes me wonder what is going on.
I hope this helped you in some way. Again I am sorry for failing you in my promise of killing him. But do not worry. I will keep on trying. I only have to do it once.
Gather your strength, Gabe. You may not agree with those people but If they hate the monster, they will help you somehow. The thing can be stopped. He can even be killed for an entire day by ordinary people if you do enough damage to his system at once. That is one day of peace for you..and one day to prepare for the coming final battle.
