Jewell arrived at the docks and looking about, she knew she had missed them. Big surprise there. Grey eyes glanced about at all the activity around her, teeth biting down on her lip. She felt much safer traveling with another but the only one left was Kat. However, that left her with the only choice of traveling alone for there was no way she was going near Kat right now. There still was that open wound on her heart from the things she had said to her. Now wasn't the time to think about it though and she knew it. Shouldering the bag she had set down, she journeyed further into the mess of people.

She hoped that finding transport to Kher Ridges for one young lady with plenty of money and looks that could kill wouldn't be too hard. True, she wasn't as young looking as she used to be nor was she accustomed to playing games of seduction anymore; still, she hoped she could rely on some of her old skills. Brushing blue locks back away from her face and straightening those natural leathers that seemed to be part of her form, she made her way into one of the Taverns that were scattered amongst the docks. It didn't take many inquiries to be pointed towards a captain that would be willing enough to take her to her destination.

She waited patiently, pushing through the crowd that surrounded him as he told a story. Slightly pointed ears only managed to pick up different parts of the story: "Fastest ship ever built"?"Dumped our whole cargo when we were boarded by officials from the blockade"..."Price on my head so high every bounty hunter in the land will be looking for me soon." Lovely, on the way to Kher Ridges she could just imagine herself on this man's boat, being boarded because he was a lousy pirate. She finally pushed her way against the table directly across from the captain. He looked only a few years older then herself, a devilish gleam present in his eyes as he paused in the middle of the story, looking around at those surrounding him. She cleared her throat, causing his attention to stop on her. His right brow, cut in two by a scar running threw it, rose up, "Yeah?"

"You Sal Hoon?" She crossed her arms, managing to let her most serious and deadly look to come across her features. The crowd about them both fell quiet, watching Jewell.

"Yeah," was once again the only thing he said. If he hadn't been telling the story before, Jewell would have believed that that was the only thing he could say.

"You got a boat that could take me to the Kher Ridges as soon as possible?"

He grinned at the idea of possible business, "Sure do missy."

"I need to get there fast, so I don't want to be hauled around in any hunk of junk pirate ship."

"Well, missy, it may be what ya call a 'hunk o' junk' but the Connie Lillamfu is the fastest ship on them waters. Ask any of 'em!"

Curiosity killed the cat, but Jewell was certainly no cat. She let her deadly look mix with something that resembled slight curiosity, "Connie Lillamfu? What kind of name is that?"

"You've never heard of the Connie Lillamfu?" The man looked downright astonished at her.

"Nope, should I have?" Her innocent question, said with enough venom in her voice to make it serious, led to a ripple of laughter throughout the still present crowd.

The man himself laughed as well, "The Connie Lillamfu is the fastest ship to make the Seskle run!"

Her grey eyes rolled ceiling wards. "My my, how impressive. Are you gonna take me or not? If not I can spend my money elsewhere."

He looked a bit nervous at the threat, business hadn't been so great lately, "Now now Missy why dontcha just calm down. Fellas clear out, I got business to conduct!" Reaching with his foot under the table, he pushed a chair out for Jewell. "Miss why dontcha sit down and we'll get talkin." She took the seat opposite him, the complete business mask falling over her face again, "Now what was your name again missy?"

"Jewell, Jewell Ravenlock."

"Where were ya headin' again, Miss Ravenlock?"

"You're taking me to Kher Ridges," her statement was much more of a demand then an answer.

"Well..I donno about tha'. Kher Ridges isn't exactly any place I like to ship right off to."

Without a word, Jewell tossed a rather large bag of money onto the table. Sal eyed the bag, then her, before sitting back in his chair some thinking it over. Extending his hand to her he grinned, "Missy you gots yourself a ship."
