Coming to awareness, she noticed several things: her head had never hurt this bad in her entire life, the light filtering in from the window made her want to stab her eyes out, the body she was lying next to was definitely female, and something had obviously crawled into her mouth at some point during the night and died a very horrible death in there. Crawling out of the bed quietly so as not to wake the exhausted Charna (who had most certainly been up with her a good portion of the night, if she could remember correctly; at least she thought that had been Charna who had been kind enough to hold back her hair, force water down her throat, and just smile when she swore to marry her) was an exercise in pure skill and after finally stumbling out of bed and doing a total face plant on the floor courtesy of the tangled bed sheets, she was fairly sure that she might still be drunk. That was ridiculous, though, considering how much alcohol she had thrown up last night before falling asleep (err?or passing out). Of course, there could be a significant difference between the amount she had forcibly expelled out of her system and the amount she had actually drank, which she couldn?t remember for the life of her.

Fortunately, a good portion of the night after she had downed those first two tankards of faerie wine (which was absolutely not meant to be drank in tankard size!) was a blur of mixed memories. A few disturbing flashes broke through the morning haze?her naked soon-to-be brother-in-law, a kiss with PJ, lying down on the bar top for some reason and telling people she needed to be ?sexed??as she collected her shoes and dress from the floor (why she had felt the need to take her dress off before she slept, she could not fathom but she had left her tiara on) and inched towards the door. A lucky find was tripping over her scepter that Eless had gifted her early in the evening just before she reached the door. She scooped it up after she picked herself off the floor, again, and stepped out into the Inn?s hallway.

She leaned back against the closed door and slid down to the floor with her dress held before her, as if that really hid her exposed lacy undergarments from the public eye. Luckily, the public was lacking for the moment, although she could hear the din coming from the common room downstairs and briefly wondered what time it was, and she was safe to rest her head back against the door and debate over whether she wanted to hug her friends for letting her get that intoxicated or kill them. She also had time to consider if she had really been flirting atrociously with a naked Robert or if that was just some bad dream.
