The Airship descended from the clouds and came to a gentle landing in the water ways of Port Bastok, slowly it was guided in by harbor masters and secured by the closing of the Port Bastok Draw bridge and soon docking procedures were underway. Making his way to the upper deck, Brian smiled as he looked around the large city. His eyes moved skyward, as he breathed in the ocean air and took in the wonderful blue above. Stretching a bit of a moment, Brian then gathered his duffle bag and made his way down towards the exit ramp.

A respectful bow to the Mithran attendent, as Brian then made his way down the ramp. He smiled once more, as he took in the sounds of the busy port and the ever familiar sights of vending stalls lined up along the port. The busy sound of commerce was refreshing to Brian for some reason, he never really gave it any thought, but it was relaxing in some ways. Shaking his head a moment to clear his mind he made his way on. Many passengers had parties waiting to greet them, Brian however did not. He purposely arrived a day early without notice to avoid such an instance, and truth be told to look into Gorgonite's "Vanishing" by himself without bother. Besides, not many of his fellow guild members based themselves out of Bastok, as it was considered too out of the way to be considered a focal point for any endeavor. But Brian disagreed, because being out of the way, made it the perfect spot to do anything. No one breathing down your back, guards that can be bribed and plenty of illegal goods via the Tenshodo trading group. Bastok was literally built into a mountain side and was only accesible, by water ways or three tunnels that ran through the mountain range surrounding the city, it was literally it's own fortress, and fron any strategist's point that was indeed a plus. It didn't matter what it was, for Brian it was home.

Making his way through the large doors to the customs checkpoint, Brian was stopped by a large Galkan Guard. After setting his bags down, Brian showed the guard his Mythril Musketeer Crest and Citizenry passports. The Galka's eyes opened wide a moment, as he consulted another nearby Guard. Brian's bags were grabbed by yet another Guard and moved through the checkpoint, while the Guard he had handed his paperwork to bowed respectfully and saluted. Brian saluted back and bowed in return as he was given back his paperwork and crest. Brian then made his way through the checkpoint and into Port Bastok. The stone city was indeed a sight to see. Right now it was time for the "Cherry Blossom & Doll Festival" and the streets were decorated in a Far Eastern fashion and cherry blossom tree lined the streets. As the breeze came through the area via the waterway, Cherry Blossom petals showered the area and created such a scene Brian stopped dead in his tracks to admire. Vendors from other countries were in town and setting stalls along the port roadways, it indeed was a busy time. Brian stopped and chatted with a few and even made note of some items to bring back for Charlotte, his sister and Destre. But first business came first, and with that in mind Brian crossed the Waterway Drawbright and headed towards residential district. Before he made it to the district he heard a small voice. "Hey Mister Didja hear?!" was what Brian had heard as he paused and turned to see a small Mithran Child waving to him. She was 4 feet or so tall, and was wearing a beautiful orange sun dress and sandals to match. Like all Mithras she had feline features, most notable her feline ears and tail. Brian approached her and went to one knee as she spoke some more. "Well Mister didja??" she said with a wily smile. "I did indeed hear my child, and once more I thank you for your assistance." Brian replied as he handed her a long stemmed rose he had picked up from a stall on his way over. "Thank you!" beamed the child as Brian rose to his feet once more and continued-"Sir Raven, thank you. I'll tell my mom you said hi and also Henrietta was looking for you, she said she will see you on Vomp Hill tonight an sunset and to bring your gear." Brian nodded and gently pat the child on her head and walked off once more towards the Residential District. He only had a few hours before he had to meet Henrietta and with any luck his cousins Narin Hidero-Ravenlock, and Atheala Hidero-Ravenlock. It was time to get to work, the faster this was all done, the faster Brian could get back to Rhy'din.
