?Oh god it burns!!? shouted the poor soul Alfonso Carlson Avery had pinned down in the middle of the desert. He was currently in the process of dripping his black liquid that his right eye secreted onto the gentleman on the ground.

?Yeah yeah, I know but just let it sink in! You are just gonna love being a part of my crew! There really is no greater adventure than ??stop f*cking moving!!? Alfonso punched the man in the face. He calmed down and let the liquid do its job. It fell on the man?s face then began to seep in through his eyes. The liquid was reconfiguring his mind, making him a slave to Alfonso?s will, a new and loyal member of his crew, even to the death. The liquid left behind only two vertical scars under each of the man?s eyes.

?Alright, let me help you up good Sir,? Alfonso said, helping the man up and dusting off the dirt he had acquired from the ground.

?All for you my Liege,? the man said.

?Excellent! Excellent. Mm, Liege. I love that word. And as for you, from now on you shall be known as! Um...George...uh,? Alfonso began counting on his fingers, ?Sh*t, what are we up to now? 35, 36...37!! Yes! George! 37! You?re gonna be a fine addition to our happy family George! 37,?

?All for you my Liege,? George 37 replied.

?You have a fantastic attitude, George. I like that about you. Now what do you say we head back to headquarters and I show you around, huh? Introduce you to the other Acolytes of Avery,? Alfonso looked up to the sky to make sure he was in the right spot and that the sky was clear. He then raised his arm which held a technological arm bracelet which he began to press specific buttons on.

?We just put in this new teleportation device and I?ve been dying to try it. Man, I could really go for some coffee. Lets get some coffee when we get back. You like coffee, George??

?All for you my Liege,? George 37 replied.

?Huh,?

A beam of light came down from the sky and landed on Alfonso and George 37. In an instant the two seemingly evaporated from the desert and reappeared on the dreaded airship known throughout the Biodome as The Kurgan. Its size even put the word ?gargantuan? to shame. The ship orbited around the dome, floating casually on the electric storms outside. Alfonso and George 37 appeared in a room full of thrusting pistons, revolving gears, and steam valves.

Alfonso raised his arms in joy.

?Welcome to the dec--What the f*ck is this room?? Alfonso said, looking around and noticing he?d never seen this room before. He looked at his wrist device and grimaced at it after hitting it a few times. He put his hand to his temple, stroking the frustration out of it.

?I knew we should have tested this god damn thing first, but no! I don?t suppose you know the inner workings of an electrical air ship, do you George?? Alfonso asked.

?All for you my Liege,? George 37 replied.

?That?s just great, George,? Alfonso said. He began to traverse the walkway he was on, hoping for any sign of life that could direct him to the nearest coffee maker. The walkway went on for a good hundred feet or so before finally coming to a door. Alfonso was forced to stop as the door did not open for him, as he thought it would. He cautiously put his hand on it, thinking it might react to touch. It did not. Getting frustrated he began to bang on the door, hoping someone would hear their leader in peril and come to his aid. There was no reaction. Losing any semblance of patience he punched a hole through the steel door and ripped it apart. Alfonso saw a bubbly headed woman on the other side. He had a look of bewilderment on his face and stepped through the hole he?d made. George 37 followed behind him.

?Did you not hear me banging on the door?? Alfonso asked the woman who seemed more interested in reading her new fashion magazine.

?Oh yeah, that room?s always making weird noises. I usually just tune it out. Sorry,? she said, sounding incredibly insincere and then went back to reading her magazine. Alfonso stared at her, expecting her to say more but she didn?t. He shook his head in frustration.

?Ok, who are you? What exactly is your job here? And who the hell brought you here?? Alfonso asked.

?Racquel. I have to like, make sure no one goes into that room unless its like, an emergency or something. Karen hired me for the summer but this is like, totally lame. Probably just gonna go back to the hair dressers,? the woman replied.

?Who the hell is Karen?!? Alfonso queried.

?She?s the uh, Senior Human Relations official. She?s super cool, but kinda lame, you know? She totally doesn?t know how to party. She?s a prude,? Racquel said.

?When the f*ck did I get a human relations official?!? Alfonso exclaimed.

?Hey! Were you in that...room!? Do you have permission to be here?? Racquel asked.

Alfonso closed his eye halfway and developed a frown on his face.

?Do you not know who I am?? he asked.

?I know you?re about to get fined out the a*s! Now where?d I put my walkie talkie...? Racquel began fumbling about in her purse, looking for her intercom. Alfonso had had enough of this foolishness.

?George, I have your first assignment. Dispose of this waste, please,? Alfonso ordered. As if he had been waiting all his life for this task, George 37 immediately jumped onto Racquel and began punching her in the face repeatedly.

Alfonso continued down the hallway hoping to find an actual lifeform somewhere. A few seconds later George 37 returned to his master?s side, fresh blood covering his hands. Alfonso looked over the shiny white walls, seeing another hallway he had never seen before.

?Why have I never seen any of this sh*t before? God damn it I need some coffee,? he asked himself.

Suddenly a group of crew members came rushing around the corner. Alfonso?s eye perked up and he tried to wave them down.

?Hey! Hey guys! Your leader needs help! I need to get to the coffee maker! Where?s the deck?!? Alfonso asked. One of the men noticed him and stopped for him.

?My Liege!? the man said and saluted his master, ?I wish I could escort you, Sir, but there?s been an explosion in the lower Sector 22. Here, take this map, it should get you where you?re going,? The man rejoined his group and left Alfonso and George 37 by themselves.

?Hey! No! Get back here! Your lord and savior needs your help damn it!? Alfonso shouted, but the man was already gone. Alfonso lowered his head and let out a sigh. He reluctantly looked at the map the man had given him. The map did not give him much comfort. In fact it only confused him more.

?Jesus, how many rooms are in this f*cking ship? We have a lounge!? When did we put a lounge in?!? Alfonso asked no one in particular. He pointed to his left, as if asking himself if that was where he should go, then pointing to the right, then consulted the map again.

?Alright, George, I think I got it. We?ll get some coffee in no time!? Alfonso said.

?All for you me Liege,? George 37 replied.

Many hours pass.

Alfonso and George 37 have somehow found themselves in what appeared to be a laundry room of sorts, also housing a great deal of weapons.
?God damn it!? Alfonso shouted, ?I just want some f*cking coffee!! They won?t shut up about the coffee! I went to Sector 13! Passed Quadrant 4! Made a right at the aviary! Still don?t know why we have one! What am I doing wrong, George! I don?t wanna die here!!?

?All for you my Liege,? George 37 replied. Alfonso looked to his companion and after a few seconds nodded to him.

?You?re right, George, I just need to calm down and take a minute. I?m the god damn King of Biodome and I will not be beaten by my own f*cking ship!? Alfonso said, determining to win the day. As he finished his words a group of half dressed crew members came in, carrying loads of clothes for the laundry machines. Alfonso, seeing his chance for rescue, ran to the nearest one and grabbed him by the collar.

?YOU! TELL ME! WHERE IS THE F*CKING COFFEE!? Alfonso demanded.

?My Liege! It?s...it?s right...through that...that door. It?s in the lounge,? the man stuttered and pointed to the door at the end of the room. Alfonso slowly turned his head to the door, shock covering his face. He turned back to the man he held by the collar in disbelief.

?Yeah, I know that...of course it is. Just testing you soldier. Um, you pass! Now...get back to work,? Alfonso said and released the man who then stood straight up and saluted him.

?Thank you, Sir,? the man said.

Alfonso stared at the door until finally gaining the fortitude to walk to it. He held the knob of the door for a moment before deciding to open it.

Inside was like stepping forth into a new dimension where coffee was had and enjoyed. There was a comfy looking couch with a table in front of it full of the latest magazines and flyers. Like the rest of this part of the ship, there were people inside whom he had no idea who the f*ck they were. But that mattered not, he only had one goal: the coffee maker. He walked past those sitting at the couch and table in search of the item.

?Ohh, Declan!? the blond-haired princess exclaimed at the flavor of bean in her coffee ground when she next took a sip of her piping hot cup. ?This is the best coffee I?ve ever had. Even though we do not need to eat or drink, this flavor is still a taste worth experiencing.? Lea beamed across the cute table to him.

?Oi.., Oi. It?s not bad, is it?? Declan had tilted his own coffee mug, more staring at it than anything, but he did take another sip of it. He, who didn?t normally enjoy most things, even made sure to sample the high grade coffee. Lea seemed to laugh excitedly at Declan?s approval of something she also enjoyed.

?On this one thing, even I, Puroh-mahs-tah!, Champion of Heroism!, will agree with you,? Promahster agreed with Declan there on the couch, brandishing his own mug. ?I am even willing to put our immortal feud on hold simply to enjoy this master-crafted blend.?

?Oh, Promahster. Will you ever change?? Declan queried while he put his cheek on his immediate fist that did not hold his scalding mug before his chin. Lea was disconnected from the two men?s delicate exchange of words while she continued to smile with her eyes closed and enjoy her coffee.

It really was a quaint lounge with space enough to seat and relax many occupants. There was another couch, long coffee table, more tables to sit at, and over on the left side of the wall there was a table that held Alfonso?s prize: the coffee maker.

?Oh sweet merciful me!? Alfonso said as he made his way to the most beautiful thing he had behold in ages. He grabbed one of the cups beside the machine and poured himself a cup of the sweet smelling caffeine loaded drink he?d been longing for all day. He inhaled the intoxicating smell, savoring it. Everyone else was enjoying their cup, and now so would he. Alfonso lifted the drink to his lips...

?Did you guys want anything from the lounge?? one of the men from outside asked as he came in, but when he did he accidentally ran into Alfonso and caused him to drop his cup of coffee. The man in turn fell onto the table and flipped it, smashing the coffee maker into the wall. Alfonso was in shock yet again.

Seeing this, Declan smacked himself on the face and wiped the hand down it.

Promahster stood up suddenly and smacked a playing card down onto the table of others and shouted ?solitaire? in victory, as if that was how you played the card game he was playing.

Lea continued to sip contentedly at the delicious coffee, uncaring of her surroundings.

?Oh god, I?m sorry, Sir,? the man said to Alfonso, but it could not make up for the tragedy that had just befallen him. After a moment of silence Alfonso finally spoke up.

?George, I have another assignment for you,?
