Aziza Khepri

Cellphones, they were both a convenience and a nuisance to the ancient vampiress. She hated them, frankly. But as she forced herself to modernize, one of those investments had been in a cellphone. No matter how many times she puts the phone to her ear, the impersonal manner of speaking over a device was something she couldn't find herself getting accustomed to. But it had it's uses.

She never picked up the phone when it was ringing, however. Either sending it directly to voicemail or letting the call ring through, she waited for a voicemail or a text for the reason to why they were trying to call her in the first place. That's when she'd return their call.

With a pleasant tone, as forced as it may be as she had done what the recorded message told her, a recording of her elegant voice lilted with a Lebanese accent:

"You've reached the voicemail of Aziza Khepri. If you're calling in regards to request my services for an event or party, leave your name and number and I'll get back to you as soon as possible. If you know me personally... you know what to do."

Then the familiar beep of the end of the message, signaling for you to leave your own.

And, of course, there was always texting. She was in better spirits to reply to those.
